Had another jewelry compact replace a battery in my watch. The next day the back came off and i wouldnt get it on. Decide to take it back in but they were closed, ended up at Edward Warren. They snapped it back on for me and charged me a hand shake. Very nice people and i will return in the future. Thank you!

This is one of our favorite jewelry places in all of Columbus. All of the staff are super friendly and have the most knowledge that I’ve experienced. Their prices are better than most and they stand by their work 100%. We brought in a couple of necklaces for repair and the prices were very fair for the work that needed to be done. This is definitely the place to go if you are looking for something nice for anyone. Rings, necklaces, custom made jewelry, and unique pieces are all over the store. You won’t be disappointed with a visit!

Corey met us with a smile and patience from the very beginning. No high pressure sales tactics here. He pulled out several amazing options, and went above an beyond for us. Needless to say Corey also has an eye for design. With his recommendations for wedding bands, a very hard decision was made simple.

We have been coming here for a few years and have not gone anywhere else since then! Always so pleasant and helpful. Very knowledgeable and understand how much my older pieces mean to me also. They also make one of a kind pieces and our daughter hardly takes off her rose gold hearts they made. Nice to come into a friendly family owned business that do all they can to help you get what you desire and have a nice sense of humor to go along with the excellent customer service.
