This was my first experience in a dealership I've always purchase cars from personal owners and paid them off I was not knowing what to expect I ended up meeting Steve at Crown Nissan who took time to find out everything that I wanted and the way I wanted it and found exactly what it was that I was looking for and wanted one of the lead managers of the establishment even came out and help to make arrangements so I would be able to make the purchase that I wanted on top of that you know how if you look at the top left-hand of your windshield you will see a little sticker that says when you should

Hands down the best car dealing business I've ever encountered. John Hartley knows his car business and makes it his business to make sure you know yours! He answered so many questions for us over the course of a few days and answered questions we didn't know we had! He offered to work on his day off to make it more convenient for us and took time to walk me through setting up my phone in the new car. The rest of the team - Blake, David, and Cathy also worked extremely hard to be sure everything was in order and completed in a timely manner. I can't thank them all enough for making this a great
