Bao's Wellness & Healing Center has been providing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatments and wellness education to adults and children for over two decades. We use an oriental approach to healthcare and healing - combining acupuncture, cupping, herbs, moxibustion, nutrition, education and meditation.
In addition, we offer activities and events that promote healthy living and lifestyle such as classes in Qi Gong, Yoga, Cooking, and Tea Ceremony. We also offer continued education courses for TCM doctors. Unlike medical clinics, our center offers a soothing, tranquil, relaxing, home-like environment with personal and gentle attention from our staff.

Services
Chau is a National and California licensed acupuncturist and herbalist who has practiced medicine for over 26 years. Very attuned to the physical ailments of her patients, Dr. Nguyen has always provided special care and attention to their needs. Trained under Dr. Miriam Lee, responsible for the legalization of acupuncture in the state of California.

I was very skeptical at first, but 14 years later I have NEVER felt this great. I have a very physical job and Dr Chau has healed every ailment that I have ever had. I haven't taken any western meds for 10 years only herbs and my numbers are great. I see Dr Chau every 3 weeks for maintenance. Dr Chau does amazing work and is very gentle! I can't express enough how good you will feel.

I've been seeing Dr. Chau since 2015. Her acupuncture treatment is very unique. I did not know much about acupuncture and cupping, until a co-worker introduced me to it. I have a pre-existing health condition underlining issues tied to cancer. Dr. Chau have been working with me to address my health concerns, rather telling me what to do and taking a non invasive, no medication, all natural treatment approach. She takes insurance and making appointments to see her is easy.

Loved it first timer and I'm coming back. I have been having lots of tightest in my neck and shoulders from a lot of computer work. I had massages and they were not helping and I saw that my insurance covered acupuncture. So I made an appointment and came in and I was skeptical about cupping treatment but I gave it a try and I actually found it to be very relaxing along with the acupuncture . It helped relax my neck and shoulder tightness.

I have visited many acupuncturists in the past, but Chau's healing center is by far the best. I began to start treatment with her 4 years ago in regards to muscle pains i was feeling. As previous reviews have stated, she always performs her 110% and gives her patients utmost care and attention. Her therapies have always worked without fail, that I began to consult her not only for muscle fatigue or pain but also when I was experience flu symptoms. I play a lot of tennis, run, bike... I get soreness everywhere.
I saw Dr Chau to treat my tennis elbow and lower back/sciatic irritation... Dr Chau did cup therapy and acupuncture on me. The center was very soothing and felt like home. I walked out feeling refreshed and ready for more activities. I'll be back for more.

Im ten years and I have been going to Chau for 2 years now. I had anxiety issues and she helped me overcome them by giving me tecniques on how to calm myself. Another way she helped me was she put ear seeds in the presure points in my ear. Now today i don't have any anxiety issues. She also helped me with learning about how my body responds to stresses and ways to avoid getting sick. I continue to go to her weekly for cupping. She keeps me well and balanced. Dr. Chau is the best!
