My interest in cosmetic acupuncture began for selfish reasons.
A thorough assessment of your current health and/or skin condition as well as your skincare routine. During this visit, we will provide recommendations for diet, skincare products and regimen and discuss your goals and expectations for your treatment. We may also take some photos in order to record your progress.
The best candidates for cosmetic acupuncture are people who are looking for a natural, alternative way to reduce the signs of aging and improve their inner vitality for a more relaxed, healthy appearance to their face. I didn't know what to expect but I knew that my skin needed something. Lydia was very helpful in trying to help me improve my skin as I've been having a lot of skin reactions and issues. I completed the 12 cosmetic acupuncture sessions and am now on a monthly maintenance schedule. My skin definitely reacts well to the sessions and looks a lot more balanced. I look forward to these sessions and often time I get a good nap during my sessions.

I was a bit skeptical about having needles on my face. Wondered how will it help me? How will it feel? Will it hurt? Well let me tell you, the glow is amazing! No it did not hurt one bit...For the most part I was so relaxed that I'd take naps during my sessions. Always a treat to look forward to especially with a busy schedule. I just finished my 12 sessions. Which I'm sad but nevertheless, I will continue coming back for more. I'm hooked! This is definitely a self love routine I will continue to proceed with month to month. Lydia is very welcoming and explains the procedure thoroughly

Lydia is very knowledgeable in her domain and really takes care of your skin from inside out. I’ve almost completed my package and have seen dramatic improvements in overall skin texture, puffiness around my eyes and feel lifted. I initially started acupuncture to help with the eczema around my eyes but now I see this as my go to option for proactive skin care, collagen retention! I’m so thankful to have found Lydia. Highly recommend for everyone. This is a way better option than Botox or anything else really. It doesn’t hurt either!

I really enjoyed my 12 cosmetic acupuncture sessions with Lydia. Not only were they surprisingly relaxing (I often fell asleep) but the results were amazing. I noticed a reduction in fine lines on my forehead and crow's feet, my jawline is tighter, my face retains more moisture and overall looks more balanced. I look forward to continuing to see Lydia once a month for my follow-up sessions!

After switching to constant Zoom calls at work I began noticing some new wrinkles on my face (11's) and starting to feel like I was aging even though I am only in my mid-30's. I've heard of Cosmetic Acupuncture but had never tried it. I have previously dealt with scars from severe acne in my teens and I've done laser treatment to help with that in the past, but it has been a year since and the scars and pores became more prominent again due to too much beach time under the sun.

I'm in my early 30s but I started to have concerns over my frown lines and marionette lines as it seems to get deeper every year. Lydia helped me addressed all of my concerns and so, I started the 6 week treatments going in twice a week and now once a month. I first started seeing Lydia at Blue Heart Wellness in Orange, but after moving to Laguna Hills, I started to see her at her new location in Irvine.
Lydia is so kind and eager to help with any ailments you might have. After seeing Lydia consistently, I started to see improvements in my Psoriasis, back pain, joint pain and my general wellness.
Her new location is small, which makes it very private as opposed to the community clinic Blue Heart. I loved the privacy and loved having the ability to lay down on the beds, especially because they are nice and warm.

I used to see Lydia at Blue Heart Wellness but when she told me she opened another location in Irvine, I was thrilled that I didn't have to do the drive up to Orange anymore.
