I rarely give five star ratings but this one is an exception. After my mother passed away last year, I've been looking for a jeweler to reset her diamond solitaire engagement ring (which was reset into yellow gold in the mid 80's) into her original simple setting from 1959. Not only did Ty do a fantastic job of crafting the reset, he also antiqued my wedding band to bring out the design and really show off my mother's diamond. I love this shop! I took in my grandmother's wedding ring to be resized after she passed, and they were able to get it done in just an hour. They have lots of jewelry and other items inside to look at while you wait, or you can go grab a coffee and hangout as well. They took their time and even cleaned by other rings while I was waiting! Very thoughtful and caring. I'll only ever come to this shop if I need any jewelry adjustments in the future.

I was in need of a battery replacement for a few watches, so I inquired on Yelp to locate an establishment and My Jewelers responded right away! I am so glad they did! Ty from My Jewelers was amazing! He was so quick and attentive and the price to replace the batteries on 4 watches was VERY reasonable! Same day service. I'll definitely be coming back here again! My wife had several pieces of jewelry that she could no longer wear and wanted to have them made into either a ring, necklace, or earrings. George Tyler, the owner, gave us several options and suggestions for how he could redesign my jewelry. We have to say that what he did was fantastic! Along with making my rings fit better by resizing them, he put new chains on two necklaces that I could never wear before. The best work was done when he took a bracelet and made it into a beautiful ring. Then, George took the matching necklace and turned it into the most beautiful cross you have ever seen. Below

My daughter's sentimental necklace broke so early morning. I yelped several places and read reviews at 6am! So I submitted my concern to 2-3places. Lo and behold, My Jewelers responded 634am immediately and said to bring it over. And OMG I got it done the same day! My mom and I are so happy with their service and workmanship, we decided to have our diamond rings resized, my earrings matched since I lost one, more of our other necklaces repaired!! I recently purchased 2 bands to wear as ring guards, and wanted to size up my wedding ring so the ring guards and my wedding band could be worn together.
We sized the ring up, but it didn't feel or look quite right, so I gave Ty my idea and he ran with it.
What I got was the wedding ring I've been dreaming about since I was a little girl. I've discussed my idea with other jewelers before, but was always told it wouldn't come out as I'd envisioned it.
This was a challenging design to execute, but Ty embraced it, even calling me every step of the way, never leaving

When to the store not knowing what to expect. I had three watches and a chain to fix. Upon entering the store I was welcomed and then told what it would cost for the battery change and chain repair and was blown away!!! The customer service here is very good, nice people, but the watch repair person that is being used is two thumbs šš¼! After taking my watch in for repairs, and it taking 2 weeks longer than I was told it would take, it began to get condensation when Iād wear it. Took it in a second time to get that corrected, but it kept getting the condensation. I Had to take it to a different watch repair and pay to get it properly fixed.

I was looking for the place where they can engrave my very special necklace charm. Initially I went to the mall and was told due to the shape of my charm they can't engrave it. They referred me to the different store only to be told no. And then they referred me to another store just to be told another no... total 6 stores in town I visited until I decided to search for one myself... so this was the last place I visited before I was going to give up.....

Wow! Ty and his team are amazing! This was an extremely sentimental piece after my grandmother passed away. He took the diamonds and formed it into my initial (J). This gold piece was made over 50 years ago and restored it, adapted it and made it mine. I'm so grateful! AND to top it off- he didn't charge nearly as much as he could/should have. He's earned my business forever!
