McLaughlin Ganim, Ltd., handles a range of criminal law matters, including defense of DUI cases and representation in entering Pennsylvania's ARD program. McLaughlin Ganim, Ltd., offers representation in employment law matters for both employees and employers.

McLaughlin Ganim, Ltd., and its predecessor, William L. McLaughlin Law Offices, have been providing a wide variety of legal services, in both civil and criminal courts, since 1950. Flat rates are provided for many routine matters, such as simple Will packages, and driving under the influence cases.
Services
In the real world, areas of law frequently overlap. Accordingly, we have avoided over-specialization by keeping current with a wide variety of practice areas. This is advantageous to clients who inevitably have issues that overlap. For example, estate planning and administration may involve areas of both business law and real estate law.
McLaughlin Ganim, Ltd., can assist you in starting a small business by preparing agreements and, if necessary, forming a corporation. Basic tax, management, insurance, and liability issues can be covered in an ongoing consultation as your business grows. We also represent businesses in litigation matters and with employment law issues.
Wills, Trusts, and Estates are among the most complex and sometimes confusing areas of law. This is especially true in light of constantly changing tax and regulatory issues. McLaughlin Ganim, Ltd., carefully takes clients through the process of assessing their personal situation and developing a set of documents that memorialize their wishes and protect their assets.
In the tradition of William L. McLaughlin Law Offices, the attorneys at McLaughlin Ganim, Ltd., continue to serve Paoli, the Main Line and surrounding areas. We represent individuals and businesses in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties in a wide array of practice areas. If you have any questions that are not addressed on our pages, please contact us for a free initial telephone consultation.
He took over the firm when his father passed away in 1993. Bill was still practicing at the time of his death. Bill later earned his law degree at the Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire (now the University of New Hampshire School of Law).

Amazing experience, getting my will and power of attorney & living will in order after putting it off way to long...they took as much time as was needed to get to know me & my needs and were incredible, reasonably priced and a bargain for what I got, beyond the peace of mind... More than 5 Stars.
