Or, you can use VenueQuest for free, to search and request pricing proposals from every hotel. We work with any group with a need for 10 or more hotel rooms per night, and it takes approximately 1-3 days to get from your first call to us, to placing a detailed availability and pricing report in your hands.

From that point, you can select your hotel, or we can help you gather more information, schedule on-site tours, or circle back and start over if your needs change.
Yes, we have experience booking hotels for meetings and incentives (MICE) all around the globe, from Albuquerque to Zurich. In most cases, you will pay the hotel directly. In fact, once a hotel has been selected and a contract signed, you will correspond and plan directly with the hotel. It depends on the size and scope of the event you are planning.
