Went here for a friends birthday party. We purchased the adult overnight party.
The following were listed as included in this package, although it's not:
1. Selfie Booth
2. Staircase Photo Session - We had to ask the owner to do these, they were not included.
3. Tea Room - the food in this package included juice, bottled water, pizza, cheese sticks, and birthday cake. There was no ice for the alcohol we bought.
4. Gift Shop/Fashion Studio - no clue what this is
5. Spa/Salon photo shoot - we were shown this room on the tour, but no photo shoot
6. Nerf wars/Midnight Movie - never happened

The overnight party is not worth the money (over $1,200). Maybe for kids, but not for adults. The food was below mediocre (Pizza, carrots that were not fresh (white film coated on them), donut holes that were also not fresh and warm drinks because there wasn’t any ice available). We were rushed through activities and were supposed to be happy sitting and talking at the table and going upstairs to watch TV in the bedroom. . . It also was not sanitary. I really like the idea but, it's bad business to charge so much and receive mediocre service or not be able to participate in the activities that

Came here for my little cousins birthday. It was the cutest concept ever! My niece had a great time during all the activities and she didn’t have any complaints. My nephew was definitely ready to go but that was to be expected. I think the birthday girl felt like the princess she is. The owner, Tiffany, was a great host! I loved how she engaged with everyone who was there. I even had fun! The other staff were friendly and helpful watching the kids. Nice place but the staff and owner is rude! Extremely over priced! There’s a charge for everything. The staff cursed at the kids as they were changing into the costumes. It was hot no air! Everything was a rush very unorganized. The bathroom sink had a leak and it flooded. One of my guest asked for water and she said “they did not have any” very rude! It was cases of water in another room this was confirmed by another staff. They gave my guest old fruit and snacks. Also I have a autism child who she talked to rudely and handled him wrong! This place is trash and wouldn’t recommend it to

Best time ever! I don't know who had more fun, the kids or the adults. Tiffany and her staff was so professional and made our experience an amazing one. I don't know where they get their energy from but it's not work when your having fun and it was a whole lot of fun. And the DJ had us jamming the whole time. We can't wait to come back.

Had my daughter’s 11th Birthday Celebration here a few weeks ago. Professional staff. Great experience for a few hours but a definite NO to an overnight event! Extremely overpriced!!! Pizza from Domino’s. Bedroom was not as clean as expected. Extremely dusty. Snacks provided were off brand and in the girls words “gross”. Cereal for breakfast. Definitely not what I expected.

Contractors be ware! The owner Tiffany Young uses contractors to do work and refuse to pay for the services rendered. My company gave her an line items estimate to repair many of the 60

I gave the entire experience a 2 because one of the hostesses stepped in and made us feel special and gave us a better feeling about the hotel is why it was a 2 and not a 1. When I first walked up I couldn't get the door open it seemed stuck or something and it continued that way throughout. Once I arrived at the front desk the hostess was very blah and didn't give us a great feeling about the place. She was pretty much that way throughout the entire visit. This place is not worth the money charged. Period. Almost $700 for a 2.5 hour party for 8. The salon setup is for pictures only. The girls rinsed their feet off and then painted each others nails. The were served burnt, thinly sliced pizza that was prepared onsite. The goodies bags were beyond lackluster. And the single cupcakes were worst. The money that went towards the party would have definitely been better spent doing all this home or in a hotel with a MUA and Cosmetologist or two coming to you, having the food come from Public Deli and cupcakes/cake from Sam's club and you still would

Just had a baking party at the new location off Tree Lane in Snellville, Georgia. The ladies and I had a fabulous time baking, doing a craft, walking the catwalk, and more! The new Pink Hotel is like a life size doll house with fun surprises in every room. There are tons of photo opportunities and so much to do it’s hard to fit it all in. I will definitely plan an overnight party in the future to fit in more fun. Nicole and her staff are extremely attentive and professional.

I booked bouqcakes for a fun bridal even with the bride and the bridesmaids. Tiffany was super fun and energetic. Everything is super cute and all of the employees are super sweet. With all that said, I'm not sure it was worth the $325 I paid for the event. There were 6 of us and we each decorated 2 cupcakes and played a few games and did karaoke. Tiffany was sweet and gave us ice cream at the end which was delicious! No complaints about customer service but I just don't know that I would pay that much money for what we received. We didn't even get to keep the little black aprons

If you have a little princess, this place is a bucket list location before she turns 13. The Pink Hotel now includes The Man Cave and Bouqcakes (which are all apart of The Pink Hotel business and are located next door, but with different specialities).
We visited for a birthday party early on a Saturday morning and had the place all to ourselves. We spent a about 20 minutes in each area. They walked the runway, sang happy birthday over cupcakes, made crafts and birthday cards, took photos in the spa, and had a pillow fight. Packages can be very pricey ($20+/pp with a minimum 8 kids for a party

Dirty. Party started 20+ min late. All girls shared same foot water, lip gloss sticks, etc. Food stayed out for hours. Heath hazards galore. Played inappropriate music for little girls. Not enough staff for the number in our party. I asked to lower music volume so we could talk and was met with attitude. Unacceptable for the amount of money we paid. Our girls worked hard selling cookies to fund this party. Disappointed. :(
