Unfortunately, a second vehicle of mine required repair at this shop. As first time, extremely professional service in office, kept me informed of expected delivery date of parts and when they actually arrived as estimated.). Worked directly with my insurance company. Excellent work, car cleaned upon delivery. As an aside, I mentioned to claims adjuster that I was using Performance Auto Body, and he indicated they are an excellent choice.

I was recommended Performance Auto Body by my All State insurance after my car was hit while parked. Jim saw after my claim and initially seemed very poised and honest in helping me fix my vehicle.
A couple of days later, my insurance totaled out my car. Jim who had already known that I planned on retaining the vehicle to fix regardless, then tells me that they would not be honoring the rates that was given to me through their partnership with All State. Performance never fails to provide a great experience at a stressful time. They have fixed my car, my moms car, and my brothers car and it all went smoothly. I used to work at Enterprise down the street and have worked with them in the past. They are one of the most honest shops around. Performance just did a full paint job and light collision work on my 05 Altima. I must say, their work was top notch. They treated my car as if it were their own. They even detailed my car! Better than new. ready for another 13 years. I've seen a couple bad reviews, but in my experience in retail, the people have sour grapes because they didn't get something for nothing. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you all again

The women Tanya is not friendly she has a potty mouth and needs to learn to speak to customers like there not children. Since the bad experience I will not be bringing my vehicle back here ever again to be worked on. Business is business and all customers should be held with respect and customer satisfaction!!

Stay away!!!!! This shop took our performance car knowing that they could not handle it as they never worked on a car like this and ruined the car. All they saw was the dollar signs and did not care about the car's safety, performance, etc. We pulled in out before completion and the new auto body shop who has the car now called it a "hack" job. Dishonest!!!!!!!!! Liars!!!!!! Cheaters!!!!!!! After we started an investigation of the work performed, money was returned to the insurance. We found them padding the estimate, trying to use used parts after the insurance paid them for new parts! That says
