First time at Sal's and I have to say it was a great experience. The office staff was a pleasure to deal with and Laura was a huge help. Very Knowledgeable and helpful when dealing with a less than helpful insurance company. Also, my car looks great. 10/10 Definitely recommend.

Over the years, starting in 2008, we were recommended this place by Competition BMW of Smithtown to repair our 2008 BMW 328xi sedan after a valet attendant inadvertently shifted into 1st gear when he meant to shift into reverse and cracked up the front of the car. The car looked good as new when we got it back.
We've brought countless other cars there, including a 2009 Volkswagen Passat sedan, a 2012 Volkswagen Eos convertible, 2 Hyundai Sonatas (2013 and 2015), and more.

I honestly can not say enough good things about Sal's and the beautiful job they did on my BMW. Not only is their work perfection but they really assisted with dealing with my insurance company to insure that my car was repaired to the proper safety specifications. My car had extensive damage including structural damage and they made sure that the repairs were done properly. The owner, Laura, is a woman who truly takes pride in her trade and it shows. The two women, Sabrina and Ashley in the office are extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well. I knew I was in good hands after my first conversation

I just wanted to say a huge thank you thank you thank you to Laura and her team at Sal's Auto body shop when my Subaru 2021 Crosstrek was rear-ended. Laura and her team are highly knowledgeable and guided me throughout the process calming my anxiety at the same time! Sabrina was assigned to my case which was a little complicated but if it wasn't for her guiding me through the insurance process I would have been completely lost. The shop is very clean and neat and my car was returned to me in pristine condition! I highly recommend Laura and her staff if you need auto body work!

I wish I could give more stars but I can't. From start to finish, I was truly amazed how Laura & Ashley just took over this whole process and made everything so easy for me. From dealing with the Insurance company, the estimator and updating me about actual repairs, I didn't have to do a thing. They even took care of my rental car I had. Sal's even detailed the OUTSIDE & INSIDE of my car prior to giving it back to me. I honestly thought I was picking up a brand new car. As I said before, the Repairs came out great but what really knocked me off my feet was the Customer Service that was provided

My car had accident most damage to the side of the car including rims and tires. I have an BMW i8 and no other auto body shops accepted it, SAL's came along and help me get it fixed. From insurance claim to showroom condition delivery they took care of everything. I will definitely recommend SAL's to anyone in Long Island for their exotics or any car model to get it fix from them. Thank you Ashley for all your help.

Huge Thanks to Laura, Sabrina, Neal and everyone else at Sals Auto Body! I’ve been to quite a number of facilities in my years owning vehicles, but none compare to this place. For a place handling 200 plus vehicles at a time it runs like a well oiled machine!!! My 2018 Trackhawk had extensive damage to the driver side, including frame damage, after someone ran a red light at about 30mph and t-boned me. When I picked up my vehicle after the repair, it looked better then before the accident and as good as the day it rolled out of the showroom!!! If you’re looking for the right job to be done
