Murch is licensed CPA & tech entrepreneur in the state of Massachusetts that got his start in real estate at the age of 18. Robert comes from a background in software sales and has brought that expertise and customer service to Monteleo Realty. He resides in Tynsboro, MA. This is geared more towards those renters out there who have either never bought their own place, or are considering it. I am a huge advocate of buying. For me personally, there is a sense of pride in knowing "this place is mine." You have free reign over it and can do what you wish! There is a psychological aspect to this point in that you may feel more at ease knowing you are in control, but also a practical one.
What's my property worth? Unfortunately there is no clear cut answer. The answer is really whatever a buyer will pay for it, and the only way to really know for sure is to put it on the market to see what buyers will offer. With that said, there are ways to arrive at an approximation for the value of your property.

I think of the role of real estate professionals in phases. First, they provide guidance, expertise and knowledge during the sale and purchase process. Then, the second phase kicks in. The real estate professional turns into a quarterback for the deal. There are many steps to a closing, with many people involved and lots of communications amongst them (attorneys, insurers, mortgage lenders, etc.)
Moving to a new home can be stressful for anyone, but for parents of children on the autism spectrum, the process of relocation carries additional challenges. Because children on the spectrum tend to prefer a set routine, moving may feel as though their entire world is being overturned. Yet with careful preparation and attention, parents can make the moving process less disruptive, and even an ultimately positive experience.
