I had the pleasure of working with Aleksandra who was super amazing and very responsive at all hours of the day. Finding an apartment to rent out of state is very difficult but she made the whole process super smooth and made sure to answer all my questions. Since settling in Boston, I've worked with both Jhonny and Brian to rent 3 different apartments. Both of them were extremely diligent, reliable, and helpful.
They always are patient in answering all my questions and addressing concerns. They worked with landlords to make adjustments to the leasing agreements before signing for all 3 apartments. And they also were able to negotiate on prices and early move-in dates.
I would definitely recommend these guys for anyone renting or looking to buy/sell a home. They're great!

Me and my roomate worked with Brian Rivas and we are very grateful for that. Brian did a great job with the appartment showing and in less than a week we had secured a place that we really like for a really good price. I had a month to secure a place before moving to Boston from LA. Brian Rivas was the only broker in Boston to stay in communication with me since the beginning. He was very attentive, helpful and responsive even on off hours and weekends. Within 1 week from our first email exchange I found my new apartment. I can sincerely say that I was extremely lucky to randomly find Brian while online apartment searching. I would highly recommend Brian!

Wife and I live out of state and working with Carlton's Wharf & Co was a breeze. We found an apartment and closed in a couple of days. Brian is very professional and reciprocated our sense of urgency. He went out of his way to take videos of the units and has great of knowledge of the Boston area. Was looking for a bigger apartment for myself and the girlfriend, didn't really know where to look in East Boston, but luckily I was recommend to speak with the agents at Carlton Wharf who made the whole process easy and with out any problems. After reading the very few reviews on yelp I was so skeptical to work with this firm but honestly I'm so glad I did! My agent was Aleksandra and she was amazing! She was always very quick to respond to my messages. I told her what I was looking for and within an hour she had already set up a few showings for me to look at. She was Very professional and polite. I am fairly young so I felt like I was being annoying with all the questions/ concerns I had since it was my first apartment on my own but she was always reassuring. Will definitely be telling anyone who is looking for an agent to reach

Brian Rivas is a really sketchy guy. He found my listing on the Internet and asked to come see the property to take photos for a client who was not able to view it.
Next day, photos are all over the web on another real estate site and he is claiming to be the contact for my property.
I call him out on this, he sends an apology claiming he was "just trying to help me out," but will take it down.
Next day, his listing of my property is still there and I find it on even more sites. I have a hard time believing this is the first time he's done this. I look him up, and he claims

Worked with real estate agent - Aleksandra. She was very efficient in both communicating and scheduling to view my current home in Back Bay. I would definitely recommend working with her as she is extremely nice and understanding (I was very picky). She even offered to negotiate a payment off the upfront costs. Overall very smooth and pleasant process, I would recommend to anyone to have Aleksandra as your realtor if you plan to move to Boston. Also - she has lived in Boston most of her life so she has a lot of knowledge in terms of different locations in the greater Boston area!

Johnny and his team were great! Excellent communication and follow-ups during the hunting process for a place! Found me and my sister a great cozy apartment in E. Boston near 2 MBTA, Parks and several restaurants. Answered all my questions and never hesitated to contact the landlord with specific questions or requests from my sister and I.
