Senne management is extremely unresponsive to maintenance requests and their emergency hotline is very unhelpful. I had put in a maintenance request to get my dishwasher fixed early October and followed up multiple times. Management completely ignored the request and marked it "complete" at the end of December, in the maintenance request portal when in reality they never fixed it. Management also failed to turn on the heat in the building until weeks after the temperature dropped past legal cut-offs. The worst situation was when I was locked out of my apartment on new years even and I had called

Worked with Charles Sanderson to find a rental home for me and my four roommates. He was extremely helpful and resourceful throughout the entire process, and was always transparent with us. Scheduled zoom calls with us often to discuss options and answer any questions we had. Also did a great job communicating with the listing agents for us and making sure we were getting a good deal. Very happy with my experience.

All I can say is THANK YOU Charles Sanderson. The whole apartment search was great thanks to him. We had reached out to many companies in the city and Charles was so receptive and actually had our best interest! Having a dog on the restricted breeds list made things hard but Charles had no problem ensuring it wouldn’t be an issue and he would find us the perfect place! With us working 70-80 hours a week we had limited free time and needed someone available. We were always able to contact him by phone no matter the time with questions or concerns. He was the key in our search! We will use him
