Mold is all around us. It plays a natural part in the environment by breaking down organic matter such as dead trees, leaves, etc. Mold reproduces by means of microscopic spores that are invisible to the naked eye and float through the indoor and outdoor air. It begins to grow and become a problem indoors when it lands on damp surfaces that provide a good source of nutrition for the mold, such as drywall and wood.

Chris recently did an inspection on a home we are in the process of purchasing in Ellijay. Since we are not currently living in the state he was able to set up the inspection on short notice to accommodate our schedule so we could be there to review with him personally once he had it completed. He was extremely detailed in both his inspection as well as the report that we received the very next day. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to get a quality home inspection.

On short notice, Chris did a very thorough inspection of a home we were interested in buying. Following the inspection he gave us a verbal summary of his findings and later that day we received his 96 page report detailing the full results of his inspection, complete with pictures of each issue. His findings revealed a number of significant problems with the building and foundation which helped us reconsider our purchasing decision. We highly recommend Chris for any of your inspection needs.

Chris inspected a home we were trying to purchase in Blairsville, Ga. His report was ready the next day and we were blown away by how thorough it was. Pictures of every problem were included as was pictures of things that were good about the home. We spoke with him after a couple of days and he was very nice and polite on the phone.
