Ramzi has a great reputation on Zillow so we decided to work with him for our new home, we wished to move from great park neighborhoods to greener zone of turtle ridge, given the amount of inventory is so less in turtle ridge it was very challenging to find the house that fit right for our family, Ramzi was really accommodative with our needs and never pushed any compromised home on us, Ramzi is very well connected with agents around Irvine and we were able to find a gorgeous home in the "The Summit park" which was off-market home, everything worked very well and we are happy with our purchase

Ramzi is the best! This was my first home sale so I was a little nervous to say the least . Ramzi was very efficient. I wasn't sure if it was a good market to sell and Ramzi assured me the time was right. I was able to get more then the market was asking, also the house was out of date and not looking great (in need of a little TLC to say the least).
