After looking/browsing/shopping around at multiple car dealerships, Carmax, AutoTrader, Zoom, Carvana I stumbled upon Allen Samuel's and WOW.
Shocked, awed, amazed.
What a place (things like Allen Samuel's exist in 2021!?!?!)

Dealership is partnered with Global Lending Services and then rejects offers based on their fees then finance director talks down about the lender.
Does not make sense to be partnered with such if relationship is bad.
Two credit reports ran without full disclosure.
Do not take first time buyers here. Just data entry personal with little imagination to get deals done.
We were willing to put down up to 3 times the approved down payment but no negotiations took place.
Not a good dealer!
And stay away from Global Lending Services also!

I called in advance to look at a 2014 Chevrolet Impala that was listed on the website for $10277. I drove the hour and and a half to the dealership to test drive the car. I spent a long time with the car and looked at it thoroughly including a long highway drive. I asked several times about the price during my time with the salesman and was told that the price was not negotiable. Although the price seemed a little high, the car was pretty good so I followed the salesman back into the office to make arrangements. They illegally submit your credit application to several bureau's multiple time's without letting you know. They lie and tell you things just to bring your credit score down further. I advised the salesman that I was in credit repair and he didn't care! He jokingly lied and said nothing would happen to my credit. Meanwhile my notes for Credit Karma we're going off every time they resent it!! I addressed my issues and concerns to the sales manager to only get excuses!!! I will never recommend or go to this business again!!!!!!

UPDATED: Finally received the $2100 refund for my canceled warranty after contacting the GM over at Allen Samuels. No thanks to Mr. Veach, the dealership warranty rep. who blatantly lied to me last month, not once but twice IN AN EMAIL, about the check being sent to the lienholder. Had he spent more time trying to fix the problem instead of trying to debate me about delays due to the pandemic, it would have been resolved weeks ago. I had to personally get the GM involved and, PRESTO, problem fixed in a matter of minutes. Still can't give the dealership more than 3 stars because it shouldn

Need a smooth, hassle free transaction? Ask for Sam Banks! He's amaaaazing! I reached out about an "unheard of low mileage" 2015 Camaro SS. Sam got back to me immediately. I was kind of hedging because it was an hours drive but Sam went above and beyond with a personalized video about the Camaro. I was on my way to see the Camaro that afternoon. It was everything Sam said and more! They have super clean inventory - no hoopties here. Sam was super nice, friendly and accommodating. No pressure whatsoever! I inquired about a 06 Lincoln MK LT and receive many phots and an email from the manager that said the leather seats were perfect. I flew to Dallas to check it out. The drivers seat was ripped on the seam and pass seat has a golf ball sized hole. I am a Triton tech. This engine had a miss and a hesitation at start from a stop. They would not budge on price. Finally agreed to take it to an expert that certifies Ford/Lincoln warranty work. He found sludge in the top of engine, it failed a 3 minute run-up test and he found body work, signs of abuse and poor maintenance. Told me to run away from it
