I've been renting with Natapow for a couple years now and I have to say I would recommend them to anyone! Any problems I have are unfortunately a result of living on Park Ave - noisy neighbors, garbage trucks, etc - but I have to say that the management has always been very understanding, flexible and patient. Although, sometimes getting an email back may take awhile, when I ever I've asked about getting something fixed, whether inside my apartment or the apartment building maintenance was quick to respond!
