I came in for just a conusult and was vharfd for exam and x-rays.
Dr. Rodriguez was aggressive, intimidating and loud with how wonderful she is. Each time I tried to ask a questionshe would flutter her eyes with agitation and spoke over me. She shouted orders to her assistant like the army.
Overall is was most uncomfortabe expensive conusultation.
No chairside manner at all.

Going to this office has erased the trauma/fear I've had for over 40 years. This office was the third I visited for a consultation. If you're thinking about implants or dentures -- don't wait! I couldn't be happier.

Great experience all around. Office personnel very helpful, Dr. assistance sweet and very knowledgeable, Dr. Rodriguez very professional and informative. It’s a great thing when you have a doctor that knows exactly how to get things done the right way. Never felt so confident in my doctor before. Great find. Would definitely recommend.

Dr Rodriguez did major work on my teeth: 12 shell veneers top and bottom front. Basically every tooth that showed. She worked with my orthodontist dr Sinclair (who she recommended and was great too) and I'm very happy with the outcome. It was a challenging situation too with many steps in the treatment. My teeth were ground down almost to the dentin from years of grinding. I wound up needing two sets of provisionals so it was pretty complicated work. Because the provisionals were not permanent and consequently not strongly attached I had a couple of them come off a few times when I was eating

Dr. Rodriguez treated me and she took excellent care of me! She identified issues that I had with my teeth and gave me options as to how I could treat each. The photos she took of my teeth helped me to see what she was talking about. She is very knowledgeable and has a great chairside manner. The restorations she did for me felt great afterwards. Dr. Rodriguez is the best dentist I have ever encountered and I can't thank her enough for her knowledge, patience, and ability to troubleshoot complicated dental procedures. After pursuing several dental treatments at another office, I still was in a lot of pain and was feeling pretty desperate about finding a solution. When I contacted Dr. Rodriguez's office, I was able to get an appointment, a CT scan (which my other dentist office did not have) and get better insight into my pain and how to move forward. She is well connected and was able to fix my issue and connect me with more support

Since this was my initial visit with Dr. Michelle Ikoma @South Bay Prosthodontics, I was very apprehensive meeting a new dentist and staff.. To my pleasant surprise, I was immediately made to feel welcome and comfortable by the friendly receptionist and the pleasant environment of the office. Because of my urgency, Dr. Rodriguez made the time to see me within days. Secondly, her analysis of the issues was thorough and detailed. She gave very precise instructions and explanations on the dental procedures required to address the issues with the intent that my general dentist could follow through on her recommendations. At the end of the consult, I asked whether the required work was within the scope of her practice

The entire staff are uniformly friendly, professional, patient and extremely helpful. My first exam was the MOST thorough one I have ever had. Dr. Rodriguez' confidence and skill shine through from the moment you open your mouth for the first exam and up to the very last minutes of implementation of the meticulously outlined treatment plan.
The dental hygienist, Lucy, is very thorough, yet gentle.
I think the fact that I drive from LA to South Bay to see Dr. Rodriguez speaks for itself....

Best Dental Practice in my opinion. Have been coming here for years and always feel welcome every time I step into the office. Dr. Rodriguez always makes sure to educate me in what steps will be done to my teeth and I always come out wanting to show my teeth. Lucy, the hygienist, also is great and always makes me feel calm and comfortable throughout my cleanings.
Office is spotless and I love how I can grab a cup of tea or water when I arrive early. Dr. Rodriguez in my opinion is by far the best trained in the field especially in the SouthBay. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I met with one of Dr. Rodriguez associates in Dr Rodriguez office concerning a crown that had broken off my front tooth. Their office is clean and I was able to get in right away.
Even though I had X-Rays with me I was charged $73.00 for their advice. One thing everyone should know is that many Dentists will do this kind of initial consultation free. I was told it would have been more expensive had they had to take X-Rays. I knew they were going to charge me up front so I am fine with that.
However, beware that many dentists try and up sell you on what is needed. In this case, they claimed there

For most of my life I didn't like dentist or going to the dentist. This has changed. The procedure is explained thoroughly. The time allocated is perfect and I'm never uncomfortable in the chair. Dr Rodriguez is easily the most skilled and caring dentist I've ever had. If I'd had more like her when I was younger I probably wouldn't be seeing her as often as I do.

My daughter's fake tooth fell out. This disgusting inconsiderate Dr. made her wait in excess of 2 weeks to do what should have been a simple 20 min repair (the fix was done, by another Dr in 20 min). She should be ashamed of herself making a young (21yr) woman walk around for weeks with a missing tooth; destroyed my daughter's self-esteem and delaying her life for she just couldn't be seen out with a hole in her mouth (front lower tooth fell out).

Dr. Rodriguez and the whole crew were amazing from minute one i stepped my foot into that office, Dr. rodriguez was very gentile and professional, they all explained to be the procedure and I got 2 calls after it to make sure everything was ok. This was my first time seeing Dr. Rodriguez and Lucy as I needed a new dentist and they came highly recommended by my sister. I hadn't been to a dentist in over four years and need a lot of work done but Dr. Rodriguez was understanding and honest throughout the whole process and made me feel at ease. She also answered every question I had genuinely and in depth which was VERY MUCH appreciated.
