They waited for an hour and a half and couldn't get treatment, and they told me to come another day.
I made an appointment on Saturday because I work from Monday to Friday.
I waited a long time for that, too.
He told me to come back on weekdays without any responsibility or guilt.
My time is meaningless and worthless because of their hospital schedule.
That's wrong. Then, there is no meaning of receiving customers by appointment system.

The staff is very nice there. However, that place is utter chaos. The kids are all in one big room (that is painted like a circus nightmare), with at least 6 TVs - one for each chair - all playing different movies so the noise level is off the charts. Not to mention, there’s only one dentist I’ve ever seen there and she’s shouting over the TVs and she’s always rushed because she’s the only one, so you don’t get to have a calm, extensive discussion with her at all. Ever. Even before masks came into play. And the wait time is ridiculous. We have to dedicate at least an hour ahead of time

Love this dentist for my kids! The Doctor is very fast and patient when working with my little ones. There system shut down when I showed and they kindly apologized and provided my child with a treat bag and easy rescheduling. The front staff is very nice and helpful. I recommend this dentist for your children.

Today wasn’t the best experience when it comes to the dentist the Drs are a bit condescending and tell you what to do with your children like you’re not already handling the situation. I waited 2 hours before my child actually was seen this is so inconvenient this is my second time waiting for a prolong period of time for no reason. Isn’t this the reason for appointments? To provide a better service not a first come first serve type of service? Please help me

Amazing! Everyone was so nice and kind. Beautiful place. On time. Didn’t have to wait at all. I was wondering how they were planning to convince my 17 months old son to open his mouth. I thought maybe some kind of sedative because there is absolutely no way he will let anyone touch his teeth without biting a finger off but the doctor was so much fun my son didn’t want to leave the office! Thank you!

I strongly recommend bringing your child here. I have gone to other places and my daughter was always so scared to go to the dentist. Since coming here my daughter absolutely loves it. They focus solely to the child's needs and made her feel safe as possible. My daughter had 3 teeth taken out and she still so excited to go back for her next appointment.

Where to begin? Magicland Dental has been my dentist for as long as I can remember. They have always gave me the best advice, fast service, and above all, excellent customer service. They truly care about their patients. It shows not only in the way they speak with you, but in the outstanding work they do. Phenomenal place, with great atmosphere. If I could give 6 stars or more, I would. Everyone should bring their children here.

Great service! They made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The doctor was great at explaining everything. I loved that my 2 year old was allowed to sit on my lap during his check up. He cried, he screamed, but the doctor was great and gentle. Thank you for your great service! and the little goodies that made him smile after his visit 😊
