Our greeting area is filled with customized swag, high quality supplements, wellness gift ideas and fitness equipment, like boxing gloves for class! We have two studios, one for group fitness and another for private training and filming virtual workouts. Check out our schedule here. Join our Sweat With Megan virtual accountability group for unlimited access to our monthly challenges. Shape It Up Fitness VIP's also have unlimited access to our monthly challenges. Challenges are hosted in a private group page utilizing the Facebook platform. Under our exclusive group page you will have complete access to all the challenge details with a collection of on demand workouts.

I love this studio! I have been doing personal training sessions with Megan for a few weeks now and I love my time with her. I generally do not like working out but she is always positive and makes my time with her enjoyable! She pushes me without being too hard on me and I always feel great after our sessions. I love supporting a local, woman owned business, too!

I have started with personal training with Megan and group fitness classes at SIU and have loved every second! After one month, I’m down 5+ lbs and 10 inches overall! Last week I did my first free week at SIU and WOW!!! It was amazing!! Everyone there was so encouraging and welcoming. I’m currently on my second week at SIU and I’ve never felt better physically and mentally. I have way more energy throughout the day and I’m more aware of what I’m consuming to stay healthy. Megan is honestly the best, she checks in with you and encourages you to try your best. I can’t wait to continue my fitness journey at SIU!

I’ve been training here for over 2 years and love love love this place!! The coaches are seriously the best in the industry and just the kindest and most loving people! I’m always amazed at how much attention to detail they give to my form and technique and that community vibe here makes working out so much more fun!

I love SIU FITNESS! I’ve been attending classes for over a year!! I’m most happy when I’m there working out in a group setting and the trainers. Everyone is so friendly, caring and knowledgeable!!! SIU is the best place ever!! I’ve never felt more comfortable working out with a group of people than when I’m there, or with the community online when I can’t be in person! The trainers are so motivating and fun, it’s easy to push yourself for the 30-60min class and leave feeling so happy, accomplished and positive! Everybody needs to experience this type of positivity!

SIU is unlike any gym or workout program that I’ve done in the past. It’s real life people, who are committed to real life results. They offer in person or virtual workouts and monthly challenges that promote community support and accountability. I can say that I look forward to daily workouts and I’m amazed not only by the physical results, but by the mental results as well! I recommend Megan and her team to all of my family and friends! There is something for everyone!

Shape It Up's facility, instructors, and other clients are incredible. I have tried every diet, piece of equipment, big box gym, and home workout that you could possibly think of and none of them worked for me. I had one option left and it was group fitness classes at SIU. Since then, I exercise 5-6 days per week and can honestly say I look forward to it. I don't feel judged, insecure or lost but rather feel welcomed, educated and inspired. So happy to have found SIU & am super grateful we have a place like this in our community!

SIU is a fun and upbeat atmosphere welcoming all ages, body types and both men and women! I love the variety of classes, the virtual accountability groups, the motivation, and the various challenges including detoxes and whole 30. Megan has great ideas to keep you engaged! I joined shape it up a few years back as a beginner and then 8 months ago started personal training and going to class 5 days a week. I am happier now then I have been in a long time. Take the time for you! You deserve it!

I LOVE and have been participating in "Sweat with Megan"/virtual challenges for well over 2 years now. I LOVE the monthly challenges - the themes are fun, swag is awesome and the accountability to focus on my fitness with exercise challenges, nutrition - eating all the veggies and my mental health has been a game changer in my… life. I love the live workouts since getting the studio is a challenge for my schedule with two little kids. I also have participated in Your Super Food Detox and Whole30 which has been a great re-boot to my nutrition. The Sweat With Megan option is my fav because

Shape It Up has changed my life for the better by encouraging me to be a healthier and more active person! I started my fitness journey at SIU a little over 6 months ago, and I am SO glad I did! The classes are inclusive to all fitness levels while being fun and challenging at the same time. To top it off, all of the instructors are so welcoming and help you every step of the way to achieving your fitness goals! Couldn't recommend it enough!

Okay this place is pretty great. I never knew it was here, google maps doesn't know, yelp doesn't know, until today.
There are so many choices pay as you go, 10 passes, monthly. I just went to Zumba tonight and totally LOVED it! Highly recommend! But bring a towel, you will need it.
The facility is around back and bring in your fitness shoes to keep the place clean. Tons of cubbies at the front and it the main room for keys water shoes.
