Visiting friends in Bellingham and took a Hot Power 60 class with Laura; WOW!! I mostly do Bikram, because I love the intensity and the heat, but this class did not disappoint! Beautiful studio, great room, wonderfully hot, and the class itself was HEAVEN! Laura is fabulous!! Such an inventive, beautiful, kind teacher; I LOVED the class and I love her! This was exactly what I needed! Other yogis I met were very nice, too. I bought a cute yoga top while I was there. Highly recommend.

Love this place! The instructors are fantastic and the owner has amazing morals. She has helped the clients and her employees during covid19 which only contributes to her amazing yoga practice and her studio. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She has paved the way for small business owners and I hope that she gets the recognition she deserves. The lessons are diverse, and the studio covers a variety of classes. It’s a place where I can get on my mat and workout and practice yoga to my hearts content. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to your clients and teachers.

I have been doing yoga since the 90's...a long time! I've been to every studio in Whatcom county, studied at studios in different states, and attended yoga retreats in a variety of places. What I love about Elements is that the studio is clean and quiet. You can really turn inward while practicing. I personally do not want to chat and interact with other students when I take a class, something I've felt pressured to do at other studios. This is just a personal preference. I like that that vibe here is mellow and the instructors give you the space to practice in a way that honors

Best yoga studio in Bellingham! I make sure to visiting them whenever I'm in town from NYC. Their facilities are some of the best I've seen in a hot yoga studio. Private showers, ample storage, the yoga room is large and they don't over crowd it. The staff is always friendly and the classes are informative, fun, and I always leave feeling like I've had a great work out. The space is always sparkling clean and very well maintained. Highly, highly recommend this place to newbies and regulars alike.

You want to go here. Practicing at Elements Hot Yoga has changed my life. I committed to regularly attending yoga sessions here and have been seeing amazing results. In two months of consistent practice I have undone a year and a half of bad habits. I am seeing real results fast, from weight loss to muscle toning. Each week I am weighing in at all-time low weights for the year- an amazing feeling. In only two months I am down FIVE holes on my belt and I have changed out my belt once already.
In addition to the benefits to my body I have also seen improvements to cognitive functions and essential

I LOVE this studio. It's always very clean and open. It always smells wonderful, idk what kind of scent it is. Their instructors are friendly. They're always rotating the different shifts so that's nice variation wise.
I struggle with postpartum depression, anxiety, and have trouble sleeping. Yoga has helped me learn mindfulness, and through mindfulness and relaxing it has taught me how to fall asleep better without taking sleep aid like i was for over a year.
I lift weights regularly and this was still satisfyingly challenging for me. Even right after i gave birth to my second

It’s a nice space and I’m grateful for hot yoga in winter for sure. They can improve though. Here’s how... They offer 3 styles of yoga: Hatha, Power, and Yin. All the “Hatha” classes are a specific style which I won’t name here for sisterhood reasons lol. But it’s a specific style where yelling in heated classrooms is considered normal & you do the same postures every class. They need to add a description (which I’ve just given) on the website because for newbies and people who haven’t been in the yoga world forever it is shocking to get there and find yourself being yelled at

I've struggled with anxiety most my life and never wanted to be medicated. It got to a point where I couldn't handle it on my own anymore and that's when I found Elements and the wonderful ladies and gentlemen that work there. I'm so lucky to have hot yoga, everyone is so accepting of me even being a complete newbie to yoga they make me feel so comfortable. Also I've weight lifted for years and this is the most challenging and rewarding workout I've ever had.

I'm new to the Bellingham yoga scene and was pretty unsure of which studios to try out first. So happy that I picked Elements! The 75 minute flow was well balanced, the instructor was clear and direct, and they have showers which is pretty important amenity at hot yoga studios. I left the studio feeling awesome.
At $17 for a drop-in, it's definitely worth the price. Just wish they had an introductory month offer. I give it 4 stars until I get to know the community since it was only my first class. The warm friendliness of a familiar studio was the only thing missing from my experience

I'm new to yoga and thanks to Elements Hot Yoga I'm in love with the practice! The instructors are super friendly and helpful. The studio is clean and organized...yet feels really comfortable. I enjoy it so much I purchased a monthly, unlimited package. I took a noon class today with Kate....AMAZING!! I mentioned I was new to yoga and struggle with sciatica. Kate gave me helpful hints before class. During class, her cues and reminders were spot on. I walked out feeling grounded - like she worked the stress right out of my body. I can't wait to take another class with her. Thank

I've practiced yoga in my fair share of studios, between the PNW, Spain, and Ireland. This studio stands out--clean, spacious, organized, varied classes, and phenomenal instructors. My absolute favorite is Lyndz: she's everything you'd expect from a yoga teacher, but also incredibly grounded, genuine, and enthusiastic about her craft . Her classes are never stale or repetitive, and it's clear she has a real passion for helping her students have their own fulfilling yoga journey. I can't rave enough about Elements and Lyndz. My only complaint is I'm ruined for other

52 years old and never tried yoga before. Few friends recommended Elements so I decided to give it a try. Emailed the staff and they were very quick to respond, polite, and recommended a couple of their classes. Signed up online, arrived for my first class and they were friendly and professional. Briefed me on the proper etiquette, showed me the facilities, and then started the first session. I have attended a few of their classes now and nothing but positive things to say.

As the stars indicate, this studio is as good as it gets! Karen is dedicated to the studio and her students, and it shows in her classes. Whatever the weather, the studio is always open with welcoming arms. I am always amazed at how awesome I feel while I am practicing, as well as after class. Karen, always keeps the practice feeling new, and I always have a good time and enjoy myself. She is so positive and encouraging, and the atmosphere in the studio reflects that same positivity. I am so inspired by Karen and her dedication. I approach everything in my life in a different way because of practicing

I've been a student of Karen's for nearly five years. I've gone through her 40 Day program, traveled with her and two other students to a Baron Baptiste workshop, and always come away feeling tired, but stronger and cleaner. My body has responded incredibly well to her practice, encouragement, and spiritual guidance. So much so that my chiropractor says I have the spine of a 25 yr old......and I'm 44. I've been to other studios in town and I always come 'home' to Beyond Limits Yoga.
