Welcome to Beth Riccardo Real Estate. We have deep connections to Clinton County. My father, Paul Houck, joined Jack Furst Real Estate in the mid 1960's. I went with him to show houses since I was 10! He renamed the business Paul Houck Real Estate, and when he retired, I changed the name to Beth Riccardo Real Estate.

Beth guided us through getting our home ready to show, and was extremely helpful during the selling process. With Beth's help, we accepted an offer on our house only 7 days after our initial listing. Beth was very easy to work with, and saved us so much stress by taking the reins through the selling process. I would definitely work with Beth again.

Beth worked very hard for us to find our home in 2017. Even though we were not high-end homebuyers, she worked to help us find what we needed.
