Reeser Appraisals did a terrible job with my appraisal through JSSB on a home refinance.
The appraisal was low BUT my problem is he based the value on clearly incorrect data. Things like bedroom, bath & garage counts were wrong, the square footage was wrong. The floor plan drawing was filled with mistakes. He used a main comp with square footage that was inflated, clearly it was incorrect (it included below grade totals) VERY disappointing and I mean how do you miscount bathrooms or garages ??? Square footage is also not rocket science and def not open to interpretation. Unlike appraisals on other
