Our office is located at 915 Market Street, Williamsport, in the former Standard Bottling Works building. Hours are by appointment only. In 1895 the Standard Bottling Works, owned by F.C. Wenck, built a 2 1/2 story brick building at 915 Market Street in Vallamont, now part of Williamsport. Later, an addition was completed on the north end of the building to provide stables for the horses that pulled the delivery wagons.

Genuine. A rare find~the Company, their Maintenance Crew and the Affordable, Well~Managed Apartments they offer. Rita Confair is by far, one of kindest Landlords we've ever had! I found Penn Real Estate on Zilla, and on a Sunday, was shown a Beautiful Historic Apt. that we absolutely fell in love with. Rita and Tammy worked with us, holding the apartment for an entire month, until our old lease was up. And when we had issues with our appliances, they were instantly replaced! Never before have we been treated so well by a Real Estate Co. After 3 yrs, it continues to be a pleasure to rent from Penn

In mid March we were told we had to move. We found one of Rita's properties on Craigslist and took a look. It was too small. Rita agreed and told us that she had a bigger property coming available soon. She hadn't even put it on the market yet. She shared pictures and we scheduled a showing when the current tenet was supposed to be out. Things happened with the current tenet and they did not vaccate the property when they had agreed to. Rita was very kind. Ensuring us she would work on this issue quickly. Things got messy and the current tenet was not going to be out by the time we would need to
