Beware! My fiancé and I purchased our engagement ring from House of Windsor and I was without it for 9 of the first 10 weeks, sending it back and forth to them for flaws (cracked shaft, warped setting, loose stone, etc) they introduced when sizing the ring. In the end, they had to replace the setting entirely. While this was being done, they also decided to replace my large center stone with a new stone without telling me.
