Precision Watch & Fine Jewelry is a family owned and operated jewelry & watch repair center. The store was opened in 2010 as a new location in the beautiful ocean town of Narragansett. Members of our team come from a long line of watchmakers and jewelers, and are certified by the Swiss and American AWI.
We have many years of professional schooling, and over 30 years of experience, specializing in high-grade and mechanical watches. Our passion is jewelry and the owner's studio photography background can be seen in her tasteful jewelry arrangments. Among the many services offered at the store, fine jewelry, diamonds, watches, silver, bridal collection etc. can be purchased.

I want to like this place, but i feel like their collection of jewelry "fell off a truck". there arent any collections; its a mix of this and that. regardless, i am sure they can fix jewelry, change batteries, etc just fine. but the work ethic is not there. I went in to have a necklace fixed and the associate said it would cost at least $50 and i said it was old and i didnt really care that much and that i would fix it if it were really inexpensive; like $5 or $10. so the associate went on to mess with it and came back and told me that the fix may not work long and charged me $25. HOW DOES THAT

What a terrible rude woman. After recently buying a ring with them I went in to see if they would size another finger for a gift my aunt was buying me. Keeping in mind that I had recently purchase from them and was willing to pay for the sizing, the woman refused to size my finger and went on a rampage about how she only provides services for her business a d not to support other businesses. I guess no one ever told her that business is also about reputations and relationships. I will forever be taking my business elsewhere. Saying that you can provide a service but you won’t us a terrible way
