Services
STAR Physical Therapy was established in 1997 with one clinic and one mission - to serve. Today, we have grown to offer that direct service in more than 60 clinics, and while we've grown, one thing that has not changed is our commitment to you, our communities, and our employees. Our foundational mission is "To Serve."
Because people suffer from many different ailments, STAR Physical Therapy offers a variety of more than 15 specialty services and programs to help you recover. From innovative orthopedic and post-operative therapy to unique programs designed to relieve headaches, reduce the risk of falls, or even improve your golf game, STAR Physical Therapy's well-educated and compassionate clinicians are ready to serve you.
We do this daily, by providing industry-leading physical therapy services to those in need. And yet, our commitment goes far beyond helping people in our clinics. We are committed to being community advocates. STAR employees actively support organizations and causes at local, state, and national levels in a concerted and determined effort to give back to those who have been so good to us.
STAR Physical Therapy was founded in 1997 with two clinics, set up to serve Middle Tennessee with the best comprehensive physical therapy and sports medicine outreach in the industry. Based on the unique quality of care provided, as well as industry demand, STAR Physical Therapy added seven more clinics by the beginning of 2000.
You want to choose a therapist who will walk with you on that journey - someone who will listen to you, coach you and guide you at each turn. At STAR, we are a proven leader in the healing process. Our physical therapy practice was established in 1997 with one clinic and one vision - to provide you with the best comprehensive physical therapy services in the region.

IIn February 2018 I had three surgeries in one on my toes; Hammertoe, Weil Osteotomy and resection. After over four months of me complaining that I was only getting worse, my doctor at TOA determined I had CRPS. He only wanted me to have PT at TOA but after a few visits I knew it was doing nothing for me. My local doctor suggested I try Pleasant View Star physical therapy. Under the amazing therapy work of Dan Saylor, (I could cry as I'm typing this), I have gotten more movement than I could ever get from anyone at TOA. I believe Dan took my case as a challenge and he was very educated

I shattered my knee in December 2010 and have had 4 operation so far this year. I've been going to therapy between and since last operation in June. The place is small, but it's in a small town. The equipment is in excellant condition, Pysical terrorists... I mean therapists are very accomidating and knowledgable. Truly the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the fact that occasionally I'll get a therapist thats been called in from another facility when they overbook.
