Floodlights shine in your windows all through the night and the walls are so thin that you can hear people talking in the lobby from inside upstairs apartments. Packages go missing even though there's cameras. Things have been better than they were in the Fall when my electricity would routinely go out (and hence, my internet -- I had to buy a new phone data plan to make sure I could get my work done.) The sound quality in the building is poorly made, and the neighborhood is very loud. My wife and I will be moving out very disappointed. On second floor and we hear everything upstairs.

This residential complex is super cool to live in, with some real luxurious interior finishings, and amenities such as a club house, gym, outdoor pool, grand lobbies, greenery rooftop, etc.
The apartments feature floor to ceiling windows, modern kitchen, luxurious vinyl flooring (which is btw super comfortable, and easy to clean) up to date tiled bathrooms and a spacious layout.
The location is by the foot of the Tappen Zee Bridge, (Crossing to Westchester) And is really unique to Rockland County as a whole, and to Nyack as well.
