Don't waste your time here. My husband and I had a BMW X1 and X2 on our list for a new vehicle along with other luxury vehicles. We inquired about a car listed on the website and were hounded by the internet sales representative for the next several days - voicemails, emails, etc. - as she stated that this dealership operates "by appointment only" to ensure that each customer has undivided attention with a brand expert. We finally agreed to an 11:00 appointment today, Saturday. Upon arriving at the dealership we were told that the sales associate assigned to us was still assisting another customer

Had maintenance done on my X3 where the cabin filters were changed. Afterwards, the car made a whistling sound every time the fan was on. I moved out of state so brought my car to another BMW service center to learn that the cabin filter was installed incorrectly.
Also had some wiring corrected on my passenger seat, and when they put the seat back into the car, they did a careless job and left piece of cloth hanging out of the back so now I have to get that fixed as well. Would not recommend this place for service. Leave you with more problems then you came in with.

Absolutely avoid going here at all costs if you’re receiving work on your car. I was given a “courtesy” car while my car was being repaired and I ended up paying for damage caused by previous drivers. They’ve tried to blame it on me and refuse to give me a refund. Service manager Allen is useless so don’t bother asking him for anything. He told me himself that his job was sad. Definitely not a courtesy car if I had to pay $400 to fix it!

First time I went here everything was fine. The second time I waited 4 days for a diagnosis then another five days for them to just change a battery and heard nothing from them in those 5 days. Really awful customer service. Your customers should be updated daily on the status of their vehicle (especially when it’s as easy as a text message) and… shouldn’t have to reach out to you guys to find out what the status is. Will never be going back here again. Josh in service was absolutely no help and is who ignored me for 5 days. Too bad because I would have came here for the rest

This is the worst dealership in the face of the planet. They cannot diagnose any problems and if they can’t they just say the vehicle is the way it is. The so-called technicians our kids straight out of tech high school that don’t have any knowledge or experience in his vehicles

I went in for a test drive of the BMW X5 with James Smith and he was great. I told him right up front I was only coming in for a test drive and did not try to sell to me one time. Instead, he told me all about the car, offered to come with me on the test drive, and told me he’ll be waiting for me when I came back. Highly recommend you buy/lease with him. Very kind, helpful and knows BMWs inside and out!

The sales department (Chris Frois) and the general manager (Jerome Ballesteros) treated me with the utmost respect and communicated with me every step of the way. They gave me the best price on my 2018 M3 and assisted me with completing my european delivery experience. I would highly recommend this dealer when shopping for your next BMW. I feel comfortable and at ease when the service department completes scheduled maintenance on my vehicles; they take great care and pride in what they do.
