Just got off the phone with customer service. Ordered my medication on the 30th and they are saying it should be here tomorrow by 9pm. I have been without my meds for 5 days now. The girl who took my call was more worried about her friend in the background talking to her than answering my questions. Basic, generic answers. Looking for a new pharmacy now. Everyone wants to blame holidays or covid for their delays. When you pay over 150$ for your meds for a month, you would think they would get them to you in a timely manner.

This compounding pharmacy is much more expensive than other local compounding pharmacies. and they will act as though they are your parents if you try to get a refill on some thing before they think it is time. For example… if your bottle says one refill available through ie January 23 2022 and it is a 90 day supply…. And you try to get the refill processed close to the end of the prescription date then they will not refill it because they say you won’t have enough time and it is too close to the expiration date of the prescription. Never mind the fact that the refill date has not passed

I am new to Florida and actually moved at the end of February which was just prior to the Pandemic so it has been extremely difficult to acclimate. Although I was born in Orlando, I haven’t been here since I was a child and also the fact that I literally moved clear across the United States, every task of becoming a resident to Florida has taken more time than normal. It was very important during this time, that my medications are transferred with as much ease as possible! This is my favorite Pharmacy. They care about you as an individual. They compounded a special formula for my osteoarthritis problems. They want me to try it for 60 days to see if it works. It's made with natural oils without chemicals and items that are very hard to read. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

This pharmacy has been a part of my life for almost 20 years now, and not a day goes by that I am not grateful for them! Where do I begin...I have given this place two chances to fill my prescription the first time they compounded the prescription completely wrong it did not work they had to remake it. I was told that my prescription would be ready the very next morning when I arrive to pick it up again I was told false information the prescription was not ready I then was immediately directed to a man named Sam the pharmacist who proceeded to call me a liar to my face and got very loud with me in front of a whole bunch of customers and told me that if didn't like it I could go somewhere else! This pharmacy is phenomenal! Very few pharmacists can do what they do these days. Customized medications for your personal needs! They have made cream for my children's rashes, medications without food dyes (since my kids are allergic), sublingual tablets of vitamins that I need and most importantly my thyroid medication. They have taken care of me for years and I won't go anywhere else!
