I first came to the mat in my late teens. I fell in love with the way yoga could both calm and revitalize me, especially during those turbulent teenage years. I tried all different forms of yoga, returning to hot and power each time. My life's journey took me to Eastern Europe, where I spent over a decade traveling and seeing the world.
We have found that kids thrive in yoga with consistency of their practice and getting to know the same group of kids over an extended period of time. Each of these sessions meets once a week for 45 minutes to an hour. Using yoga postures to build inner and outer strength and flexibility are the main focus of this class.
Bikram yoga is the original "hot yoga" practice. It is suitable for all levels of ability and can be practiced by anyone at any age and in any shape or condition (but you should still get approval from a physician if you have health concerns or an injury). This 90 minute class helps create equanimity in strength, balance and flexibility and it improves functionality and efficiency in all the bodies systems.
Gather with local Reiki practitioners and participate in a group Reiki treatment. Our main purpose for the Reiki share is to give and receive Reiki in a casual atmosphere of friendship, honor, positive energy and devotion. It is free to participate, but feel free to give a small token of gratitude to your practitioner.
We will travel to Alabama for this short 1 mile hike into Stephen's Gap Cave, where we can explore the cave and surrounding area. We will do a short meditation session inside the caves, followed by a longer, soothing yoga class on the park grounds. Let's come together and hike the Kennesaw Mountain Trail, which is a 2.1 mile round trip, moderate hike, to top of the mountain, for breathtaking views.

All their instructors are awesome and help you tremendously to improve your Yoga Practice.
The community that's built around the studio makes it a great experience for beginners and advanced yogis.
I'm extremely grateful for the people that I've met here and I enjoy practicing with them as much as possible.

Wow, Dana is awesome!
I happened into her class after missing another I had signed up to through Classpass and ended up in a 90 minute bikram class and hadn’t done one in close to a year post Covid. She rang me out like a wet towel and with her loving but militant energy, you WANT to perform well and do your best to breathe through each incredibly healing pose! Thanks for an amazing detox and connection after class! 🙏🏻 🧘🏼♂️

Freya absolutely blew my mind with her flawless instruction through out the entire class. Her heart was so dedicated to every single student that you could literally feel the room flow in a way I have never experienced in any yoga class. I was doing things I never even knew I could because she gives you such a sense of confidence in her teaching. I could go on and on, but needless to say I HIGHLY recommend this studio!!!!!!!

So glad I found you guys. Close to home but in the beautiful Roswell Square area. I love Sandy & her Bikram Hot Sequence class.
I only have one question and was wondering if there are any earlier 6 am classes or will be potentially offering some soon? I’d love to come during the week.
Thanks!

Loved loved LOVED the first two classes I took here. However, I am seriously bummed to say the third one I attended might be the worst experience I've ever had at yoga, and I've been practicing for several years. We were literally in down dog or plank for 3/4 of the class. My hands were purple, not even kidding, and my wrists have never hurt so bad in my life. Nothing like this has ever happened before in any yoga class, anywhere! Anyway, it was pretty awful, and I couldn't even tell you what we worked on in the class because we were in those two positions the almost the entire time. I feel like

This yoga studio is so welcoming that I keep coming back for more! Every teacher I've experienced provides his or her own perspective to yoga, which helps me develop my practice. The ambience and atmosphere are top notch, and I definitely recommend that everybody try at least one class here. I came here through classpass and keep coming back for more!

Korsi yoga has really changed things for me. One year ago I was walking with a cane, today I am not. I have a degenerative bone disease and can't really bend my legs. Ahoo the owner of Korsi, who is amazing, started me in private instruction three times a week. I now have moved into taking classes. Now I mostly do a yin practice, so it's not in a heated room. This practice is supportive and restorative. My range of motion has improved greatly and I feel so much better. The best thing about Korsi are the people and the environment. All the teachers are wonderful in their own unique ways

In November of 2017 I bought a Groupon to try Hot yoga at Korsi. I had been practicing in my basement with an online service and felt ready to try an actual class. At my very first class, I was super intimidated. I was scared of the heat, of being in a class with other people but Ahoo and Jody assured me, they told me that I didn't have to do any of the poses that I didn't want to do, that I could take child's pose at any time. They told me to listen to my body. I was hooked! Jody taught me how to do a crow pose in that very first class. Since then I have gone 3-4 times a week

I have been attending the thursday am class with Victoria and it is amazing. She is very patient with a beginner like me and shows you how to do basic poses and then make them more challenging. I love the vibe of the studio and get a great workout. I walk out of the class with my mind clear and body happy.

I am hot yoga and yoga spoiled and I know it . After going to Yoga Lemon in Florida I am hopeful but spoiled and worried that no other yoga places can measure up. Their philosophy of the practice is amazing and so in line with what I like. So I saw a Groupon for this place and decided to look on the MINDBODY app and buy it and try it as I am missing my hot yoga. This studio is located in a shopping center right off of 120 and Atlanta Road in Founders Squade. First class I tried was vinyasa flow with Jessie. Well I have done many classes like this but this flowed way faster than I care for.

I had never done hot yoga before and I would classify myself as a beginner when it comes to yoga. The instructor was very patient and I got into the groove easily. I can't do some of the yoga poses yet. She suggested alternative poses and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I can't wait to come back.

Just left a class. We are trying out different studios. First, it was super crowded to the point where I couldn't get into most of my poses. There was no remedy to this. So, $25 was completely wasted.
Second, the studio was not clean. We walked into the class as one was ending. There was sweat on the floor that I had to wipe up before placing my mat.
Third, the instructor made us hold hands during the class, as in came around and put our hands together. It was odd. We were in meditation, and all of the sudden a stranger's hand is on me. She had invited us to touch the person next

I came on Sunday morning with ClassPass to the 8:30am Hot Hip Opener.
Clean, airy and plenty of sunshine, this studio has a non-pretentious welcoming atmosphere. This particular class is ninety-five degrees (just enough to be cozy without being suffocating) and open to all levels. My hamstring and hips are super duper tight so I struggled to hold some of the poses, but the teacher (I forgot her name but she was great) always offered modifications to make the poses either easier or more challenging. She explained in detail how to perfect alignment, which muscles are targeted and the specific

I've never been more disappointed in a yoga studio than here. Great ambiance which drove me to sign up for the 1 month unlimited promo...took the hip opener class with Fatemah...she was great--I loved her!!! Second class I took was the hot flow on Wed, it was ok...the flow was just too slow for me. 3rd class was a power flow class that I was just dying to go to---this was on a Sunday...that class couldn't have driven me out of there any faster. For a power yoga class, that was the slowest power yoga class I have gone to and on top of that, she confused sequences and sides, I didn
