Two weekends ago my friend ordered a limo from Blue Star Limousine and it was by far the worst decision made to hire them! We would of been better off driving ourself to our destinations. The limo driver did not show up to correct pick up location address. When I was getting dropped off at the pick up location I saw the limo driver and my boyfriend had to eventually tell him which house it was! My friend had no idea that the driver was there, there was no call to tell us they had arrived. When we finally got going the driver was clueless to where he was going, he went the wrong way several times

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE! You will get ripped off! I tried booking these people and they made me pay a deposit for a limo and then called me a week before to tell me that vehicle was not available and suggested another limo that was more expensive. I declined and asked for a refund. She said they do not provide refunds. Lissette said that I could use the deposit for another date and I told them that was fine. I tried calling them yesterday and when I asked the guy that answered the phone about using my deposit that I had already paid he sounded annoyed and said he would call me back in 20

Recently I scheduled limo sprinter service to get my sister to and from Livingston to Houston for a medical appt and an outpatient surgery. For every change in schedule by the doctor, Sid was ready to alter service and even type of vehicle needed for the best price. They sent text of true concern and blessing for my sister. 150% focused on customer service. Delightful to business with. So responsive! Love this company and the service they provide.
