We stayed here because we were evacuated from the Caldor fire. We were quoted $99 a night plus a $25 pet fee. we needed something a little bit larger and so we asked for a king room which came with the king bed it also had a pull out sofa sleeper and partial kitchen. When we had gotten there we were charged for the upgrade fee. (143.+25pet) We pulled the sofa sleeper out the first night and it was completely broken, on our third night there we tried using the oven which didn't work at all. we ended up having to go down and use another evacuees oven. Upon departure we tried to see if we could get

Great hotel with spacious rooms. I reserved through booking.com who kinda messed up the reservation but the lady at the desk was super helpful, very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. This hotel felt like home and I would definitely stay here again. I should add that the room was exceptionally clean and well-stocked too.

We had the WORST experience OF OUR LIVES in this hotel: we were treated as liars and when we went to look for our breakfast, they told us that most of the products had been finished, "because they had many guests that night"... What kind of excuse is that???? The situation was like this: we rented by booking two rooms, one for us and the other for a couple of friends. When we got there we noticed that the room was actually for 4 (the page doesn't said that) and we wanted to return 1 of them, which we never entered. We went to the reception and they told us that we would have to talk

This place was a filthy place. We came to stay at the same place that we did 5 years ago when it was decent but it is not so nice now. Actually I would have preferred sleeping in a tent than this filthy dirty place. Carpets were very stained. We did not even take our shoes off. The pull out bed was heavily soiled and have dog food laying all over the dirty mattress. It was suppose to be non smoking but smelled like stale cigarettes. Our room did not even get cleaned and I asked for it to be cleaned and they said the staff had already gone home for the day. So we got a trash bag full of clean towels

The suites are ok, three stars. If you are wanting a pet friendly room, well they save their worst rooms for that. The first one they showed us to had recently been smoked in, though all rooms are allegedly smoke free (nice!). The next room was roughly 95º and, though it was the heart of winter, this was a bit much. One sink faucet dripped relentlessly, the floor squeeked terribly, the bed had crumbs or something, no in room coffee, the 'fridge was half out of its opening. The beds were comfy and the room reasonably quiet. For half the price I'd consider it a good deal.

Stayed here as part of package with vegas pbs group. Unfortunately we could see upon checking in that this property was not maintained well and hadn't been updated in some time. The furniture in our room was something out of my 1980s dorm room. The bed was tremendously uncomfortable and I'm sure I will need a chiropractor tomorrow after one nights stay. The property has an any problem and when I made the mistake of leaving some cookies out overnight, I awoke to an infestation on our counter.
Would not recommend at any price.

The room was clean and adequate. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and only had 2 pillows each, which would be fine if only one person were in each bed since most people sleep with one under their head and one between their legs. I suggest adding a thick mattress topper and an additional two pillows to equal 4 pillows per bed. The sheets and blankets were nice and clean. There is a fridge and microwave in each room which is very nice. The wireless internet works rather well considering other hotels crappy WiFi and it's included.
The included breakfast was edible. Frozen eggo waffles,

This hotel is a little bit older but recent updates have been made and it's quite nice. The downtown location was great. By far the best price in Carson City but with customer service matching a 5 star resort. Janet was amazing and helped book a block of rooms for our soccer team. Definitely will be staying here again for the next tournament.

The rooms are nice and the staff is super nice and helpful and they have breakfast for all the guests that are staying in the hotel. The hotel is very clean and nice. I highly recommend this place for everyone and also the toilets take a few minutes to flush you have to hold the handle down for a few minutes before it will flush but other then that this hotel is super nice and they also do events here for weddings and extra if needed. My husband and I will for sure be coming back to this hotel and the prices are very reasonable as well.

I was pleased to stay here when my path brought me to Carson City on a recent weekend.
The room was clean, rather spacious, and quiet...perfect! The in-room refrigerator worked. There was a little wet bar sink on the counter with the refrigerator...a nice touch.
There was a small writing desk and a chair, plus television and a remote.
The hotel is located within easy walking distance of several good restaurants, so once you're parked, you can walk distances like 500 feet or 0.2 miles to find excellent food.
There's a gas station across the street.
The hotel is located very conveniently

Stayed here for a soccer tournament... never again. Our room was filthy. Absolutely disgusting. Had another hotel had open rooms, I would have just left and got a decent space for my child and myself. The heater/AC unit has on and off. So if it's cold at night, you turn on the heater. Well, if you fall asleep, you will wake up at 3 AM thinking you have a fever because you've sweated through the sheets. Speaking of sheets, ugh. The blanket over the sheet is as thin as a piece of paper and who is going let the comforter stay on the bed? And believe me, I searched for signs of bed bugs because

Meant to review this place when I stayed here last month.
I booked using Priceline, and was told that my card would not be charged until check-in. My stay was during Hot August Nights, and the prices for most other hotels in the area were outrageously high, but I was only charged $55 through the website. When I arrived & checked-in they hit me with about $40 in extra charges. The receptionist told me that a phone scam was being perpetrated, where someone impersonating the hotel staff was asking for credit card numbers.
