Enrollment into a class can easily be done on the Matrxx Fitness mobile app or by using your computer at myiclubonline.com and can be done 24hrs in advance. After registering for "Virtual" class, an email will be immediately sent confirming your registration which will include the zoom link for your participation.

I am very surprised to read such different reviews from experience here.
I was greeted immediately and one of the managers I believe her name was Kerry helped me through the whole billing process and different classes I can take.
I just had a baby so she helped me pick out the best machines to use to get back in shape. I love going here it’s my mommy time!

This gym is spacious with plenty of equipment and machines - although the pictures make it look much more modern/like Equinox than the reality. They are well stocked with cleaning sprays and wipes, and management enforces mask wearing, which is definitely a plus during COVID. Parking is free in the surface level lot, adjacent to the building. The biggest downside is that the gym doesn't open until 8AM, which is really late if you're an early bird like me.

Wow , what can I say this place is garbage. I tried to cancel my member ship 7 days into the membership because I really didn't like the environment. Customer service is trash literally so the "manager " comes in on Monday and I never received a call back that I was going to get back in order to complete this process . This is the worst I have had several memberships in the nation and never have had issues like these before. Unbelievable!!!!

This gym is probably the best gym in Jersey. I'm a pro athlete, I go to gyms around the world and workout. It's clean, staff is friendly, day pass is only $10 and that's not only to just use the gym, but tanning and the aqua massage bed which is amazing. They also have massage chairs to help relax after your stressful workout (which is beneficial to building muscle). I highly recommend this gym. I will be back!

If I had to say something nice, I would say that this gym is decent. They have a decent amount of equipments for a small gym. But to be real, this gym has a way of robbing you. I have been trying to cancel my gym membership for a month already and it is taking forever. I have went to the place and talk to them in person, then they made me call the billing number, and then when I called, they made me email them. It has been an ongoing process for so long and I can't seem to get it canceled. Recently, I got an email saying my membership is still available for the next two months. I am writing

My friends and I came to AC for a bachelorette party and our bride to be wanted to spin on Saturday. We had seven people in our party and they only had six spin bikes. The men behind the desk did not know what to say to us--to the point where they couldn't even offer us an alternative solution when we found out they didn't have enough bikes for us. We arrived 20 minutes early for the class to fill out paperwork and they made us sit in a back room and wait for the instructor before deciding what to do with us. Not recommended. They charged me $70 even though my membership plan was $19. The gym in Atlantic City NJ where I was a member claimed that there is another person I have to speak to about this so i can get my refund. The person told me she can't refund me and hung up the phone on me. I almost lost my job because that was my bus fare.
I will never go back to this gym and wouldn't advise anyone to go there. They are cheap and operate 24hrs but they have a way of robbing you.
