Services
Dr. Stephen Lavallee is a 1998 graduate of the University of California, Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine. He specializes in companion animal medicine and lives in Lakeville with his wife, daughter, two sons, and two dogs. Dr. Lavallee enjoys spending his free time with his family, coaching, playing hockey, and watching sports.
Each year, it is important for your pet to have a wellness check-up including a full physical exam. Dr. Stephen Lavallee and Dr. Lisa Johnson will examine your pet from head to tail and listen to any health concerns or questions that you may have. Bring in any previous medical records you have for your pet when you come to the clinic for your appointment.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), CareCredit and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

All 3 of my cats come to NPAC for their care and have been seen by both Dr. Lavallee and Dr. Johnson, both of whom are patient and willing to explain test results without making you feel dumb. All of the staff seem to have a comforting touch too. My cats tend to cry the whole way to the clinic, and then leave purring and as happy as can be! They will not push or recommend unnecessary treatments/tests just for the money as they truly want what is best for the animal. We recently moved 30 minutes away, and are not even considering switching providers because of the wonderful care we have received

My boyfriend and I have been 1st time dog owners for 3+ years now. we have been bringing our dog(pitbull) there since the beginning we always see doctor Lavalee, he is so great! We are always welcomed by name when we walk in. I always leave feeling great and confident that they are doing what is best for my dog. Every vet is going to be pricey but they are well worth it! They are always just a phone call away And always can get him in for an emergency visit! Even my dog loves it there!🐶

I have been pleased with the receptionist and with Dr. Lavelle but, the Office Manager Megan (been there 13yrs she had to tell me multiple times) who gives feedback that we need to pay more attention to our dog, give him more affection, pet him all over because he was nervous when he was brought back without my bf. any dog I have ever taken to the vet are nervous then you take him away he is scared DUH! Tomorrow I am bringing them their $7.18 picking up my 9 month old dogs records and will go somewhere else! I have never been more insulted by a vet clinic before. My dog sleeps on my pillow with

Middle of a snow storm a few days ago. My little puppy was injured. I live in Faribult. Vet offices were closed in town. They actually called me while in route to see if I was ok. They were so good with the puppy. The cost was very reasonable. Called today to see how everything was going. I really was very impressed with this office. I recommend this place.

We love New Prague Animal Care, they are always so kind and caring, from the phone calls to when you walk in. We take our Siberian Husky Bandit in and he gets so much attention, well loved. We've had to take him in twice for emergencies, the in house testing was great, Dr. Johnson was able to resolve the issue almost immediately. I wouldn't take him anywhere else
