We arrived at the height of the lunch hour on a Friday. Despite the fact that the restaurants next door were doing a brisk business, Thai Time was completely deserted. When we walked in, we were hit by the overpowering smell of Jasmine incense. It was so strong that after ordering, we moved to the patio seating in front of the restaurant. The food we ordered was amazingly good! The entire time we were there, no other customers came to the restaurant. I would give this place 5 stars for the food and tea, and one star for the pervasive smell of incense.

Nicer inside than most Thai places in Westchester County. When we came in on a weekday for dinner, the restaurant was a ghost town. But, the food was good.
However, the service was lackluster- the server came over to rush us to leave 15 mins after he served us because he wanted to close (45 mins early). He never once came to check on us or refill waters during our time there.

Lunch-dinner menu; Eat outside; delicious pad thai, dumplings, okay curries, tsingha beers for $5, full bar, food to-go; staff on point. Had a better time than I expected after I happened upon it - on the map, its tag gets outshined by its proximity to Coromandel. No issues. Just not five-star. Would go again!

We made a quick detour on our way home from Quinnipiac University, and had dinner at Thai Time. What a fabulous meal! We’ve eaten Thai for years, in NJ, NY, PA, DE, FL…even in Thailand. This meal comes out on top, and reminded us of our travels to Thailand visiting family. Each veggie tastes as though it had just been picked, the shrimp dishes were cooked to perfection, and my quest to find the perfect green curry has finally been achieved! Can’t wait to visit Quinnipiac more these next few years so we can stop for meals!!!

This place is awesome. Some of the best Thai food I've had and defiantly the best around. I typically order take out once a week and have not had a bad dish to date. The people that work there are incredibly nice and very appreciative of their customers. If you can, call or order online off of their website and help them avoid the Seamless, Grubhub, UberEats fees. I know everything helps when they're trying to run a restaurant during a pandemic.
The lemongrass chicken is a must try!

Against my better judgement I gave them a second chance and again they failed. You can read my first review from December 2020.
I ordered the wild boar basil dished listed as a house special. No wild boar. When I called them back they said they use pork. You cannot even tell is so chopped up it's even hard to find the meat.
I ordered another house special: duck gra prow. Basically inedible. The duck was fired crispy beyond edible.
In my book two strikes you are out.
Never coming back.

We got take out for the office pear the pictures below and it was ok. The lunch special includes a side but be careful not to get a cold side (like salad) because it's packed together w your entree. The pad Thai was okay the shumai was super fresh and yum. The drunken noodle was jam packed w nice fresh veggies and meat but was not spicy at all.

Just got take out from here and couldn't have been happier! I got the chicken pad Thai. It was flavorful, the chicken was good quality, and the serving was huge! The container was completely full, you couldn't squeeze any more in there. My husband got the ka-praw-Kai-sub. They allow you to choose your spice level. He picked medium since we've never ordered from here before, which was perfect for me, because it wasn't overly hot. This dish was also super flavorful and delicious. We will absolutely be back.
*Also noticed as I was picking up that the restaurant is BYOB which I

Fantastic new Thai restaurant in Darien. We've had takeout several times and always delicious. I'm obsessed with their Drunken Noodles with beef. The best I've ever had anywhere. Also love their Pad Thai, Crab Rangoon and Green Curry Chicken. The owner is very nice, the restaurant is extremely clean, and I really look forward to one day being able to dine in, since it's a nice spot.
