I have relied on Tina and Pamela to help me during special occasions to deliver something special for my mother when I can't be there. I think that it's been at least a couple of decades ago that I found them and was so happy with the personal touch they give us that I have been going to them for everything since then.

Tina promised a beautiful ASU floral arrangement for a dear friend's services. And she more than delivered. The arrangement went far and beyond all expectation. It was stunning.
And just as special was her patience and guidance during the order process. Tina was absolutely wonderful.

Another Update: My mother likes Tina's flowers so much that she placed her own order recently. She was very pleased with the flowers, the delivery, and is just as happy with Tina and Pamela as I am. Wonderful ladies and very lovely flowers!

Ordering sight-unseen is always a little concerning that your arrangement will please the recipient. I ordered a Bee Well Soon banquet late on a Friday thinking it wouldn't arrive until Monday. I received a call from Tina that delivery would be today (Saturday) and she wanted to insure someone would be home. Later, I received a text message from my sister that the flowers arrived for my mom and that the arrangement looked amazing and smelt wonderful. She sent me a picture and I totally agree. Roadrunner Florist has personalized service and really care about making their product the best. Kudos

Amazing service and flowers! I called from California to send a bouquet for a friend of mine. Tina was amazing. She walked me through what they had and what smells the best. She explained the difference sizes and prices and what would be the best bang for my buck. She not only texted me a pic of the arrangement Incase I wanted to change anything, she ask gave me a call after to confirm the drop off!!! Emails get lost in the hundred I get per day. The time she took to call and make sure someone would be home was beyond appropriated!! Thank you! You made my friend feel like she was somewhere tropical

I've used Roadrunner twice. I'm really picky! They create the most beautiful arrangements. So different than your average florist. Both times, they worked with me on the specifics of the arrangement, got it there on time, and communicated with me via text, which I though was a nice touch! They are my number 1 go to florist now.

I am so impressed with this florist! The wonderful people at roadrunner went above and beyond to ensure a friend received fresh flowers during a recent hospital stay.
I originally ordered an arrangement to be sent to the hospital when I found out my friend had been transferred to ICU. Flowers aren't allowed in the ICU. Well even though the order was prepared for delivery Roadrunner stopped delivery and said they would deliver a fresh arrangement when she moved back to a regular room. Not only that, they proceeded to call the hospital multiple times every day to check on my friend's

Zero stars not open when it says it's open.Called we had to close..disappointment going to frys or walmart. This is why small businesses can't stay open... Nice Nice try with the pulling of the heartstrings that might be a hospice or somebody's funeral or you just need to leave early but it wasn't 17 minutes before that's when I was there so you must've close before that I'm sorry you're understaffed and don't know how to run a brick and mortar business in retail.

The flowers were perfect but paled in comparison to the customer service. Our daughter ordered flowers delivered to her Grandmother on the one-year-anniversary of her Grandfather’s passing. The delivery person… stayed and visited awhile to share in the joy and sadness of the moment. It meant everything to a grieving 84-year-old-widow living alone. Such grace and human kindness can never be repaid but I’m certainly going to try and hope you will join me by always ordering your flowers from Roadrunner Florist.

I'm disappointed that everyone else seems to have had an amazing experience which is why I contacted Roadrunner florists. Tina sounds fantastic but that is NOT who I spoke with. The gentleman who answered the phone was rude and very curt. I had explained that my father just passed away, and I was inquiring about Peonies for his memorial since they were his favorite flower. The man interrupted me, told me they were unavailable and told me to contact a florist that was closer to the funeral home called Fountain Hills Florists, which according to Yelp is closed. To boot, he sounded irritated

I've ordered 3 times via Yelp/ phone call because this place is close to my Wife's office. They always answer the phone, very good service & delivery a beautiful product when promised. Flowers are expensive & this place is no different, but when you need to send some beautiful flowers to the best part of your life, it's worth the cost.

Called the shop directly for same day delivery to send flowers to the local hospital. The order was done quickly over the phone, but what was amazing was I received a text less than 2 hours later thanking me for the flowers. Now that is service and I also found them very reasonably priced. Thank you for the wonderful arrangement and quick delivery both are greatly appreciated.

I chose Roadrunner Florist based upon the Yelp reviews and my decision to go with a small family owned florist was well founded. I needed a special arrangement for a close acquaintance funeral. When I called, the owner (I assume) was in her car likely making a delivery. She asked me to hold on and then once she was safely pulled over, went over options as I told her what I was seeing on their very thorough website. She knew each product as if she was looking at the website with me.
