Cops had my truck towed. They wanted a lot of money which I didn’t have so I tried to get my wallet and tools from the truck. They stole my wallet and my tools and tried to charge me to get my stuff out even though it was all stolen. These people are THIEVES!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. My car was brought to this collision center in the middle of the night, without my knowledge, when it was hit while parked. The damages were very high and I was told that it would take 2 weeks at the most. These people had my car and were "working" on it for 8 weeks. That was 8 weeks that I had no car to drive. They made plenty of excuses for why this was... Once I finally got my car back, it did not drive nearly the same. There was a creaking noise coming from the back and a rolling noise like there were screws loose. Sure enough I took it immediately back

I would give five stars except they close between 4-4:30 and that's too early for working folks.
I did have excellent service! When I entered I signed in and was greeted by who I later found out was the Operations Manager, Angel.
He was personable and professional. I was in and out within 15 minutes so no complaints here.
You don't want to get your vehicle towed obviously but if it does hope and pray it's this company. Their prices aren't cheap but cheaper then other and they're cool folks.

Do not trust this place I had my vehicle towed Tuesday night due to an accident and when I went to pick up my vehicle earlier today my laptop and debit card were missing... when I asked to speak to someone I was told to that maybe the police had it now I'll have to file a police report and go through hell just to ensure no one steals my identity... The guy in the front was very rude and charged me 400. Claiming storage fees when I asked for a break down he began to yell DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE !!!

I brought my car to Iacona and was happy with the original visit, they had good customer service and told me they would let me know when my car was done. When I picked up my car it was making a mechanical whining sound when I turned the wheel. (Hind sight- I should have turned around immediately and dropped it back off.) Not knowing much about cars I was hoping the sound was just normal and it'd be fine. The sound did not go away so I brought the car back and they kept it for an entire month.
