My friend's car was towed by Verone's. No argument with the tow. She was blocking a driveway. What we took great exception to was their attempt to charge her for two days storage. Her car was towed on a Friday evening, and because they choose to be closed over the weekend she was not allowed to pick it up until Monday morning. Nonetheless, they insisted that she pay for two days storage. When we pointed out that we would have gladly picked up the car Saturday morning, had they allowed us to, they agreed to waive the storage fees. But the fact that they would insist on being paid for storage fees

My first fender bender. Even in my 50's, I really was clueless about what to do. The police had my car towed here for impound and the car was undrivable. I called and got Mary. What a gem! She patiently explained everything. I immediately filed my claim with my insurance and it was smooth sailing.
Not only did they repair my damage to my Dad's 2010 Buick LaCrosse, they fixed a forgotten broken side mirror control issue, as well as front fog light damage from one of my Dad's mishaps years ago. "Annie" the Bionic Buick looked brand new.

Unbelievably great work!! I was expecting to have some reminiscence of the accident, but none! and they matched the colour perfectly !!! Even small details like trim and decals were replaced perfectly!!!! Plus They had me informed every step of the process and guided me on any thing i didnt know about the process!!!! ** I kinda wish they were reg auto mechanics so I could have that aspect of my vehicle repairs covered so well also!!!

Both my husband and I had our vehicle body work done at Verone's and we couldn't be happier with the work completed here. Geno, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and the entire process was seamless. They helped coordinating the rental, getting an estimate, and had my badly damaged vehicle back in roughly a week! The body work was so well done, you'd never know anything ever happened. They went above and beyond to be sure the both my husband and I had great experiences and a great result. We had a tremendous experience with this shop.

I got into a fender bender. I took my truck to Verone's. They reviewed exactly what needed to be done. Verone's was able to get me in within a couple days. The truck came out on time. Looked great! My truck was cleaner in and out than when I dropped it off. I want to personally thank the staff and Gino for getting my truck back to 100% and making it fun to drive and wash again! My husbands car got caught in the hail storm back in May. As you can see from the pictures, we thought it was a lost cause. Dents on almost every surface of the car. We went through our insurance company and they recommended that we get a garage that specializes in paintless dent removal. These guys were right in our area and walked me through the whole procedure. They had his car looking like new in 6 days. They even fixed a little ding that wasn't a part of the hail damage. Top notch service is all I can say.

The staff is professional and nice. I used Verone's twice once for a welding Job, and another time for front end damage, where the airbags went off.
The welding job I was quoted 1200.00 from one service provider, so I took it over here to get a second opinion and he did it for 300.00!
That is the reason I'm a returning customer-honest price with great customer service!
