When it comes to auto body repair and your insurance company, they may attempt to steer you to having your vehicle repaired at a particular solicited body shop on their network list. This is not the case-and is, in fact, ILLEGAL. You have the right to take your vehicle to anybody shop you like to ensure that the work is done properly.
Question: My insurance company claims representative told me to SNAP some photos of my damaged auto and email them in for a quicker claims handling process. Do I have to do this? Answer: Absolutely NOT! Don't dare think that you are required to snap some photos of your damaged auto and then be instructed to email them into the Insurance Co. claims office.

I was victim of a head on collision where my car was towed to an impound lot. Lucky a friend suggested "Fenza"s Auto Body" who had my car taken to their facility saving me huge charges. I called my insurance company who told me to call the other person's insurance company (WHAT??!!!). Then I was called by Donna the manager of Fenza's who took over and walked me through all the paperwork and had conversations with the insurance companies to make sure I was treated properly, and Donna was able stop the stalling of the insurance companies. Professional and polite from the very start! Repairs were quick, but due to unforeseen circumstances I wasn’t able to get my car right away. Donna held it for a few days and to help me out she waived the storage fee. I’m so grateful for Donna and her staff and I HIGHLY recommend her business! ❤️

I enjoyed being kept up to date on the project by Lillian. She called me weekly to tell me the progress of the work. Donna and her brothers did a great job and I highly recommend their work!

The passenger side of my car from the front fender to the rear was badly damaged in an accident. Fenza’s was able to fully repair everything at an extremely reasonable price. The car was repaired quickly and looked brand new. The inside was also detailed. I and my family have used Fenza’s for years always with amazing results. They always use dealership parts and maintain the value of your car.
Fenza’s does everything for you, from reporting the accident to your insurance company to obtaining a reasonable car rental if needed.

Donna, Lillian, and the team are absolutely the best at what they do! Not only do they do immaculate body and repair work but Donna and Lillian really go out of their way to make sure that you are filing the correct claim, step by step, the why and know how, etc. You can tell the minute you walk in the door that you are genuinely cared for. I’ve used Fenza’s auto body for years, my parents using them for years before me. Always a great experience, and amazing attention to detail. Not only for the technicians always do top quality work, Donna and Lillian in the office always make me feel very confident that they are on my side and fighting with me to get as much coverage as they can. Let me tell you about the amazing job that Fenza's Auto body did. Somebody hit my car on the driver side. From the front to the back. the most damage was in the front. My brother and I took the car to Fenza's Auto Body. They left my car like brand new, like out of the factory. You can't tell there was any damage. The color of the car is pearl, a very difficult color to get. They did a an amazing job with the color too. I'm very, very happy with the job that they did to my car. They are very nice, friendly people, and treat you with respect. They left a thank you note on the dashboard

I recently discovered some damage to one of my doors on my just-paid-off Honda. Thankfully, several coworkers and friends had mentioned Fenza's Auto Body in the past and I immediately went down there to see if they could help. They were very kind and were willing to do every step in the claims process if I didn't feel comfortable doing it myself. After a few days once the adjuster came and did their estimates, they told me what they were going to need to do and got started on it right away. These things take time and it looked like I would need a rental after all so they set me up and

They really took care of me. I went there after an accident (fender bender) looking for advice and Donna was great. I was sort of freaking out bc I didnt get the guys info but she told me it was alright and that it was actually good that he didnt get my info since I caused the accident. We actually called my insurance provider in her office and she told me what to say and what not to say. They took care of getting the rental for me. Luckily I had that covered under my plan. They were able to get me into an SUV instead of a compact car which is what the insurance company said they would be able
