A standard home inspection includes a full exterior and interior review of your intended property. Based on your lender and mortgage type, there are additional home inspection services that you may require. We also offer the following: Radon Testing, Water Quality Testing, Well Flow Testing, FHA Water Quality Testing and Pest Damage Review.

The gentleman showed up in a timely fashion and was prepared with all tools needed to correctly do the job. The experience and knowledge showed as I was informed of things that I wouldn't even imagine to take notice.

From being able to pick a date/time at my convenience to follow up questions, working with Dustin has been an absolutely amazing experience. Dustin inspected our new home in May 2020. On the inspection report he noted our roof age as “mid-life” with no defects. A few weeks ago we heard dripping in the attic and had a roof inspector come check it out. Our inspector said the roof was in one of the worst shapes he has seen this year with leaking and rotting of major portions of the roof. When we told him we purchased the home in July he was astonished that our home inspector missed the atrocity that was the roof. In addition to his negligence, I had to email Dustin multiple times to even get a response on his vague inspection report

Dustin was the home inspector for a house we're buying in Greene County. We're not currently located in New York, but buying the house from out of state. Dustin made the experience very easy, which we greatly appreciated. He is thorough and it's quite obvious he brings a lot of experience to an inspection. Dustin was great to work with. He showed up a little early to start the exterior inspection (but made sure to leave us be until we were ready for our scheduled time) and helped us to understand what we'd need to do to get our home in better shape. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive; he got our report to us on the same day and gave us a call back after we emailed him to help talk us through mold he identified. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection!

Dustin did an amazing job with our home inspection! He was very professional, thorough, and answered all of our questions as best as he could. He even called my husband on a Friday night at 7pm to discuss details of our report and answer MORE questions that we had... Any other people/places would be closed for the weekend and you would be sitting waiting for answers- but not with Dustin! He helped put our mind at ease and get all of our information in order before finishing our home buying process. Thank you again, Dustin! Highly recommend!

Dustin was incredibly helpful during our inspection process! His price was the best one out of the three we looked at. We had him do the radon testing, well testing, etc. He pointed out a few places where we'd want to address some peeling lead paint, and let us know the roof might need to be redone in a few years. He was thorough, highly knowledgeable, and just generally very considerate and respectful. I feel so much better knowing what our new house will need! I've recommended him to several friends and co-workers and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for an inspection done properly.
