After listing with a "prestige" realtor with only 2 showings over 9 months, I switched to Resolution Realty. They were clever at getting showings to my expensive house, and it just sold. On their bargain listing fee program, you do not get their agent showing your house, but you pay a fraction for the listing agent. In my case, I saved almost $ 40,000.

We worked with Ann for the sale. She was on top of everything from getting feedback from buyers, to notifying us of any issues with the lockbox.
