I say I used this business however that is a very loose representation of what happened. My car is currently not operational sitting in my driveway, so I decided to call and set up a tow for the following day. I was successful in setting up the appointment for 8:30 the following morning, and got a confirmation from Tow Broz about it and how much it would be. Now sitting here the day of the scheduled appointment at 11:45 waiting for a different towing company. Waited patiently for the first hour. thinking "maybe they wrote down the wrong time, or got stuck on another job". Was never called or notified

I am a truck fleet owner with 12 trucks. I live and Florida but my trucks are all in Detroit Michigan and when lose a team or driver you never know what you are going to get when they return the truck to the yard. I arrived in Michigan and my truck to find batteries dead . It was late and I had my roadside service find a jump for a heavy duty truck . It was about 45 min which was quick considering the time at night and fact that Michigan had recently flooded causing delays in services . Tow broz showed up and had me going in minutes at which time I saw I had no gas. While they only had came out

Joe was quick, professional, and confirmed multiple times where my car was going. This was important to me, because I had waited 7 hours for another towing company only to have them cancel on me. I 100% recommend Tow Broz!! Once my car was dropped off, he sent a picture confirming that my car was dropped at the right place.

Joe of Tow Broz was on the scene in twenty minutes after being dispatched! This was after waiting FOUR HOURS for Total Car Care (Livonia, MI), who KNEW they were backed up, but accepted the job anyway. They should change their name to TOTAL F'N BS! If I'm ever in this situation again, I'll be in touch with Tow Broz! Thanks to them and THANKS to Joe!
