Our Concierge Rental Service is designed with the homeowner in mind. We allow for our owners to decide who they rent to and at what price point. Our team of professionals oversees housekeeping, does all communication with the renter, provides detailed rental guides, and concierge service to our renters.
Kristin has been a full-time Coachella Valley resident for 17 years, and has been visiting the Coachella Valley her entire life, as she is the third generation of her family to own a home in this beautiful area. The trusting relationships that she has created during this time is what has allowed her business to grow and thrive into what it has become.
