PPM allows its employees to yell
at you because they make mistakes. Happened three times. When you call they ignore you. Trash company. They also may have caused a lawsuit in my HOA for refusing to follow proper legal procedure. STAY AWAY from Ron Doerr, Rich Warfield and Personalized Property Management.

I've lived in two different neighborhoods with HOA's that are managed by Personalized Property Management. The community manager has always been quick and responsive to all of my questions. Their maintenance manager is very quick to respond to all maintenance issues and landscaping requests. They are always professional and easy to communicate with.

Our property management person is personable but does not do a thorough job with our community. We have a PPM employee that works in our office that is not very helpful at all to us. If she does not like what we have to say she tells us that she's not going to talk to us. PPM causing is a conflict of interest in our community because the person that works in the office is a part of our board member and we would like for this person to be removed from the office. Because this is a big conflict of interest and I believe it's against the law to have a board member and the person work in the office

As a board member of my community's HOA, I can unequivocally state that PPM has done an outstanding job of managing. Our property manager is highly professional, responsive, bright, personable and always on top of the latest developments relevant to our association. I know that my fellow board members would concur with this recommendation.

PPM managed a property for our association and I believe was negligent in many aspects of their management. The quality of the maintenance was extremely poor along with collections of monthly dues. Water bills were extraordinarily high due to many irrigation leaks that went un-repaired even after many complaints. Calls went unreturned. Overall a very low quality service. Would not recommend.
