At Hayes Realty, we offer all-inclusive property management for a flat fee of 7% of the monthly gross rent. Recently sold my condo in Palm Springs, prior to that, engaged Hayes Realty/Management to rent out my unit. For over 5 years Josh and Mai managed my property as if it were their own. They were always professional, thorough, and easy to work with. My experience with them was outstanding. I very much appreciated their hard work.

I've owned many investment properties over the years, single family, multifamily, partnerships, commercial, etc. Josh and Mai have been wonderful to work with. They handled my single family rental unit in Palm Desert perfectly. No surprise or junk fees, very straight forward. Very professional on all levels. In February 2016, my partner appointed Josh and Mai Hayes of Hayes Realty to manage my rental property in Palm Springs. I had searched extensively for a firm with experience in managing long term rentals (after an appalling experience with another property manager), but found that most are only interested in holiday rentals, or finding a tenant but not actually handling rental receipts, maintenance, etc.
Just when I thought it was impossible to find a good management company, a Google search finally led me to Hayes Realty.

We were tenants with Hayes Realty last year and couldn’t have been happier. Mai and Josh were great to work with! My husband dealt with Josh in the initial showing appointment and paperwork. He said he was professional and we were able to move in quickly. I worked with Mai all year with emails for repairs, any needs and move out. She’s friendly and efficient. They always responded quickly to emails and calls which we appreciated as some were time sensitive needs. Upon move out they were easy to work with, meet with, and honest in their dealings. As a property owner, we chose to list our home with Hayes Realty after contacting several property management companies and meeting with Josh in person. Since our first contact via internet inquiry, he has been the utmost professional. He promptly contacted us via phone and has always been available to us to via phone, e-mail or text. His wife, Mai Hayes, has been equally professional and attentive to us. They have handled our property for nearly a year now and we plan to continue to do business with them. So far I've only had positive experience with this company. From the first time I called the number inquiring on their service to manage my property in Palm Springs, Josh Hayes had given me the info I need and showed professionalism throughout our conversation. When I decided to meet up with him at the property he showed up on time which is to me another show of professionalism. After I decided to sign up for their management services, we had a signed lease with a tenant within a couple weeks.
