I spoke with the attorney. Sadly if you have a disability that he doesn't feel comfortable with he will not take the case. He basically discriminated against my autistic son because he preferred not to take cases like this. I questioned why and he stated he just didn't feel comfortable taking this case. So basically we were discriminated by a discrimination lawyer. He couldn't even give me a good enough he said No! reason when I asked him to clarify. I guess he didn't think I would need a reason. He proceeded to into get frustrated because I asked him is it because my son was autistic. He said

Nick is hands the best in my opinion. 2 years ago i had to make a difficult choice on whether bankruptcy was the road i needed to take. When i met with Nick i was in a bad place mentally because of the stress from my finances. Nick helped me go over my options one by one. I met with Nick at his office to review trust papers. He immediately picked up on wording that could cause a problem down the road.
