Mark grew up in Bellingham, Massachusetts, and graduated from Mount Saint Charles Academy in nearby Woonsocket, Rhode Island in 1977. He attended Assumption College, graduating cum laude, in 1981. He then enrolled at Suffolk University Law School, earning a Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1984. At Suffolk Law, Mark was president of the Moot Court Board, and gained trial experience as a Public Defender in the Dorchester District Court.
Benjamin T. Carroll joined Kenney & Conley P.C. as a law clerk in 2016 after finishing his first year of law school and became an associate attorney in 2018 after graduating from law school. Benjamin is currently admitted to practice in Massachusetts. Benjamin graduated cum laude from Stonehill College in 2015 where he earned a BSBA in Accounting and a BA in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration.
