Catherine is a state licensed loan officer with 17 years of experience in both the Mortgage Banking and Mortgage Lending industry. Catherine's deep knowledge and processing background will support in establishing a budget and identifying the right loan product to suit each unique situation with a tenacious, proactive approach, and with honesty, integrity, and transparency throughout your loan process.
David Pacetti transitioned into the mortgage industry to help his clients achieve the American Dream of home ownership. With more than 30 years of customer service, he ensures each client receives superior guidance while navigating the loan process. From application to closing, he strives to provide a seamless experience for all.
Tom graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Accounting and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the US Army. He served 2 years as a Platoon Leader in the 3rd Armor Division in Frankfurt, Germany. After an honorable discharge from the military, he began his career in banking as a bank examiner with the Comptroller of the Currency in the New Orleans area.
A graduate of the University of Mississippi, Wilson Smith started immediately into the mortgage industry after graduation in 1992. After working for several companies in his career, he finally opened our own Power Mortgage in 2019 and is currently the President and Owner of our beloved company. Wilson's passion is to make sure everyone has an opportunity to get a home loan and experience the dream of home ownership.
