It was a wonderful experience. My loan officer Emily Sharif was amazing she gave us her all. We had a small hiccup that caused us to push the closing back several times but she was consistent and determined to get us in to the home of our dreams and that’s exactly what she did. They have such a wonderful and helpful team. That will go far and beyond to get the job done. I recommend this company for all your financial needs. Thanks again.

I didn’t get the final closing disclosure document until a few hours before closing - pretty late considering I needed to get a cashiers check and drive three hours to close. The experience with my agent Stephen Foreman was good however. He kept me informed of the loan status throughout the entire process.

To sum up, it was fine. My refinance was completed but i was lost as for as why I needed to supply them and they gave very little clear instruction. Thankfully I have experience in the lending industry so I was able to do what I could to help, but as a customer I feel like that is not my responsibility and information should be CLEARLY explained, not just given. I wouldn’t use this company again for any lending though I am happy it got done.

We worked with Mr. Brent, anything we didn't understand was explained. There wasn't a time frame on when he could be reached you need him he would answer, if he missed your call while in a meeting you will get that text stating he will call you back as soon as possible. The guy is just the best ever! So kind and always making sure you understand ever part of the process and will get to the bottom line of any issues. Would recommend GMFS to anyone I know looking for a mortgage lender!

A BIG shout out to my Mortgage Broker, Stephanie Chenevert! She was so patient with me, and answered all of my questions. This was my first home purchase and Stephanie went above and beyond. GMFS has been a wonderful mortgage company for us. They are always easy to deal with, even if you need to call them. We recently did a refinance, and Stephen led us through the entire process. He was always readily available to help or answer our questions. He was also great at letting us know where we were in the process.
